The location and the outdoor environment of the hotel.

The breakfast was really good and versatile. It was lovely to eat it outside next to the beautiful garden.

Maybe, location next to sculpture park.

Mid December and we did not expect this hotel will be in function. There are a lot of refugees from Ukraine and we welcom this support. But, hotel gave us a room at the same floor with refugees from Ucraine. So we share the same experience. Poor room equipment, everywhere hanging laundry arround the corners. Thank you, for giving us this scary experience, we fell trauma and tension of raging war in your hotel. Breakfast, as simple as you may arrange. All the "guests" were just looking at their mobile devices, to see if their loved ones are still alive, injured or...whatever. There is nothing to rate.

nice lobby area and friendly staff but night porter wasn’t very helpful. room was good to but communal areas slightly dated.

No washer/dryer, ice machine didn't work to well

Spacious Family room with pool and sea view on the 1st floor with large terrace. Room equipped with easy to control AC unit, walk in shower, mini fridge, water kettle and hair dryer. Room stewards make beds and change used towels on a daily basis keeping your room neat and tidy. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel where you can catch the intercity buses as well. Staff is very polite, water packages are available at the reception so you don't need to carry it from the store. Breakfast is traditional English breakfast, just what you need to start the day properly. Hotel Marina offers great value for money and I recommend it.

The room that gave to us and the hotel in general needs full renovation. the mattress was at least 20 years old and for sure doesn't worth the money that they ask

old hotel needs renovation, beds are uncomfortable, noisy air conditioning, we had rooms next to the elevators and could hear them working....

The Staff is very friendly, the location is good, near the beach, restaurant and supermarkets.
