The hotel is situated in the broader city center and it is easy to reach.

Breakfast is not included in the price and it is quite expensive, even though it is of buffet-type.

Exceptionally accommodating and helpful staff. Allowed us to leave or luggage after we checked out and, because it was such a hot day, gave us access to a room to shower and change clothes before we left to catch our evening flight. Eleven out of ten. Just the absolute best.

Would have been nice to have some eateries/restaurants located nearer Most Helpful Staff to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good quality. My room was comfortable, with air conditioning and a HD TV. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk away from the bus station. 20 minutes from center.

The route to the city center from hotel. Although the hotel is close to the center, it is located behind the main train station. The rail tracks block a direct route to the main square (Trg Ban Josip Jelacič). It is necessary to take a path around the train yard, which is difficult to navigate. This may only be a problem if it's your first time in Zagreb.

Sijainti oli hyvä, koiraystävällinen hotelli. Ystävälliset vastaanottovirkailijat, todella iso huone. Ruuhkatilanteissa miespuolinen vastaanottovirkailija ohjeisti parkkeeraamista ahtaaseen pihaan ja varasi paikkoja tarpeen mukaan.

Suihkupää ei pysynyt telineessään. Huoneissa huonot ovet eikä minkäänlaista äänieristystä, huoneen ollessa pimeänä käytävän valo loisti oven reunoista. Aamiaisella lämpimät ruoat olivat usein viileitä, koska lämmittimenä käytettiin tuikkukynttilöitä. Tuoreet hedelmät ja kasvikset puuttuivat. Huoneessa ei ollut riittävästi laskutilaa. Huonepalvelu ei käynyt joka päivä.
