Lovely apartment in a nice area of Berlin. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious. We thought it would be a separate bedroom, but it was more of a studio, but it was good sized and comfortable. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but close to everything. Lots of restaruants, bars, cafés close by. Two underground stations and a couple of tram options withiin a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, the Dome and many other sights only a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment.

As others also have commented, we got no information on how/where to pick up the keys and no reply to our message when trying to ask about it. You pick up the keys at the café next door. The café was closed when we left (no previous info on that either) so a bit confusing how/where to leave the keys. Parking is not easy to find, we found a garage at Alexanderplatz about 1 km away, and it was quite expensive.

1) two seperate bedrooms, well equiped kitchen, clean bathroom. 2) good localisation. 2 min away from nearest grocery store. A lot of parking place in front of the apartment. 20 min of walk away from city center. 3) owner is very polite, helpful and its easy to contact her :)

Location, apartment size is good, distribution is also adecuate.

Few maintenance issues, a strip in the kitchen flooring became loose, and one of the heaters wasn’t working. The flooring was immediately fixed by staff, a the other heaters were working properly , so not a big issue.

All the essential kitchenwares are available. Close to public transport.

Finding a car park space is challenging. It costs €3/hour. The staff has given me the direction to a nearby car garage but it was closed for construction.

Even though it was September room as very warm Unable to keep windows open a night as the accommodation was situated in a very lively area A nearby pub/restaurant was open until 03.00

the property was clean, spacious and in a great location.

The kitchen was well equipped and the room was very pleasant.

Appartement was a bit far from the city centre.

Large clean room with a good kitchen and good wifi.

It was quite sparse, but for the price that wasn't expected. It was exactly what we needed!

The room was clean and met my expectations based on the photos showed during the booking process.

The entry to the building is often blocked by the guest of the bar right that sit right in front of the main door.

The apartment was as described, clean, in good state, it was possible to cook, there were enough cooking utensils. The noise isolation with the streets was good, the curtains working well. The WIFI was working perfectly. The reception of the keys was very simple, in the café underneath. Friendly personal. Friendly answer to my request when I called the owner as well.

I was planning to go out and sleep long during this weekend. Unfortunately the constant music of the café underneath, belonging to the same property made this impossible, you just got awake when the music of the café went on. It is a bit of a shame, the apartment is really nice, but for me, it ruined my holiday. The owner agreed with one kind of compensation for it, the ability to check out a bit late on the last day, for which I am thankful. If there is a tip that I could think: make a different category for this apartment, and inform that the low beats of the music of the café underneath is hearable. I would assume that a stay in the other apartments, if they have the same overal quality would have been fantastic.

Quiet place, close to U-bahn station, walking distance to the center, grocery store, restaurants etc. Large appartment, nice view from the windows;

Parking on the street was rather expensive, underground parking with more reasonable prices about 1km away;

The apartment is spacious and with lots of natural light. Well equipped. Good location, close to public transport. I would return.

The shower curtain could be better. It is a bit difficult to shower without spilling water outside the tube. Apart from that everything good.
