Great room with and amazing breakfast in a stunning room.

Parking our car was more difficult that ideal. I had to drive to a nearby car park in a mall and then walk back to the hotel.

Great breakfast room, beautiful and charming lobby.

Cold room, with draft ifrom the windows (very old windows, that had water on the inside every morning).

Hotel staff was friendly. We arrived late, check in was fast, everything was prepared. Room was small but full ok for a one night stay. We could store baggage next day in the partner hotel, as this hotel was closing over Christmas.

Far too crowdy at breakfast. The bed was too hard.

The hotel is in a quiet area next to the train station and a big car park, very easy to reach. Great staff, big room, good beds, plenty food at breakfast. Would stay again!

The breakfast was amazing :)

1. The "reseptionist A" didn`t know where the name and the surname is in a Latvian passort and that lead to a missunderstanding and I was given another persons room and I was charged wrongly/more. Luckily we managed to fix this situation with "reseptionist B". 2. One can`t hear the noise from the street although it is possible to hear the neighbours in the room right next.

everything was great with the exception of the morning desk staff. they were not accommodating.

Classic style hotel in an excellent location. Next to the train station and easy access to town centre and Bryggen. Breakfast in an attractive room was varied and I thought good quality. Room was not large but had everything needed.
