Sehr schönes Hotel, tolles Frühstück, alles top gepflegt. Grand Living Room ist ein nettes Extra. Der Wellnessbereich ist gepflegt und die Liegen sehr angenehm - schöne Lage an der Donau, zur Innenstadt läuft man aber ein Stück

Die Sauna war durchgehend auf 100 Grad - einfach zu heiß um sich länger zu entspannen, im Steam Bath funktionierte das Wasser nicht und es war auch viel heißer als normalerweise in einem Dampfbad- ausschließlich für Wellness würd ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen, wenn man es zusätzlich zu anderen Aktivitäten nutzt ist es ok.

a parkolás bonyolult- ha többször akar kimenni bejönni előtte mindig a receptiohoz kell menni -pláne ha még tölteni is akar pedig feltalálták a számitógépet !!!- Miből gondolják ha valaki bemegy csak akkor jön ki ha elutazik 2-3 nap mulva! Mindig értetlenül néznek amikor elmegyek a városba- de ez már 10 éve igy van ! Kérés nélkül olyan kártyát kellene adni amivel ki-be lehet menni a tartózkodás alatt- minden hotelben igy müködik ! Nagyon drága ,talán az elektromos töltéssel együtt megéri !

The property is really nice and close to most of the attractions. Staff are very nice and helpful.

The bed and pillows were not that comfortable. The parking fee is very expensive. The parking either to be free for tenants or with moderate fees.

We went for the spa and it was very nice. Three saunas, two pools (a big and little one) and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was very good as well. The location of the hotel is great with coffee shops and restaurants around and a nice walk along the river.

Parking was very expensive (39 euros). Everything else was nice.

Excellent service from the hotel staff. Really felt like 5-star service. The executive lounge was amazing and regularly serviced by staff with fresh food, drinks and alcohol. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best I’ve ever had, aside from a 5-star hotel I’ve been to in Fiji, but very close in quality and choice. All in all a lovely place to stay and I hope to return soon!

The hotel is very beautiful with a very good restaurant for a really wonderful breakfast buffet (with champagne!) The location on the river walk next to the Danube is a 15 walk to charming old town with many lovely restaurants and shops.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice location, bed very comfortable.

We couldn’t use the bath as the water didn’t get warm enough. Also the pressure in the shower head was very low. We couldn’t regulate the temperature of the aircon but the staff was very helpful fixing the issue when we informed reception.

The food is amazing, better than high rated other restaurants, the staff is friendly and the location is great!

All honestly and not the most admirable impression of the hotel was spoiled by its absolutely unprofessional staff, who despite the advance payment twice charged for the hotel and returned the money only after I myself discovered their mistake, one sorry in this hotel costs almost 500 euros
