Todo la atención pésima . Para un café esperar 30’ y no tenerlo en la noche pedimos sándwich media hora y solo le trajeron a una de las personas. El bar un desastre y la justificación . Era que la persona a cargo tenía su día libre

La ubicación y amplitud de las habitaciones, son pocos los hoteles donde encuentras habitación cómoda para 3 personas

Que no tenga agua de cortesía, y la que había era cara. En una de las habitaciones. Decía que el agua era de cortesía y cobraron igual al final

Servicio de preparación de homelette. En la cena muy buena atención.

Wir bekamen das gewünschte Zimmer, in dem wir bei unserer letzten Reise waren. Es ist sehr geräumig und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert und ist richtig kalt. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A localização do hotel é ótima! Pode-se fazer muitos passeios a pé, além disso a estação de metrô fica a 100m permitindo acesso a toda a cidade. O hotel é luxuoso, porém datado. Itens de decoração, móveis e o lobby são de uma época quando carpetes e tudo dourado ainda era moda. O café da manhã é farto. A piscina é ótima. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados.

Tivemos problema com troca de toalhas e organização do quarto. O quarto tinha uma porta de acesso ao quarto ao lado, mesmo estando fechada podíamos ouvir a tv do outro hospede. Um dia uma chave de acesso do quarto foi retirada do sistema que mantém a energia durante a limpeza e nos deram outra. Nessa mesma noite tentaram acessar o quarto por volta das 23:00h, deixando a porta a aberta. Só percebemos porque estávamos lá, o invasor percebeu o barulho interno e saiu rapidamente... Comuniquei imediatamente a recepção e o Booking, porém nos foi dito que nada havia sido registrado nas câmeras. Acho que devíamos ter corrido atras dele para obter algum resultado, mesmo que isso custasse a nossa segurança. É inadmissível que um hotel 5 estrelas tenha problemas de segurança dessa magnitude.

El personal de limpieza “se llevó” mi sacacorchos, quizá pensaron que era del hotel, pero no. Eso no me gusto y me molestó, porque debieron de preguntar.

La ubicacion es buena, en el centro y muy cerca del subte. Agradezco que me hayan permitido ingresar a las habitaciones antes del horario del check in es algo que no todos los hoteles hacen y no les cuesta nada si la habitacion ya esta disponible. Muy buen trato del personal, amables y calidos.

La zona de noche no es la mas linda y los lugares cercanos para comer cierran a las 22-23.

I loved everything about thos hotel, from as soon as you arrived you get like your number one, easy checkin. The room was exceptional with everything you would expect with nothing spared. I'm actually staying here again at the end of my trip as it was delightful

Location is amazing - if you have things to do in downtown SCL, this is where you should stay. Breakfast, staff, room etc were fantastic.

You only get one small bottle of water per guest... For the price paid, this seems a little tight fisted.

This hotel is perfect because all the members of the hotel, all of them, work as a team that wants to please the guests. Thomas was exceptional, the front desk clerks outstanding as well; the waiters and waitresses at the breakfast restaurant were very polite, efficient and pleasant. The location of the hotel is second to none. It was very easy and friendly to book excursions through the front desk. Bali Hai and Concha y Toro excursions were superb. In Chile, wherever I went, people were very helpful, friendly, respectful, and polite. I am very impressed. Last month I came from Berlin, where I completed my masters degree, and some Germans were xenophobic and rude. I had three mayor arguments there. That did not happen in Chile.

Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. On site restaurant is good as limited dining options at night in the area.

Downtown area closes at about 5 pm with limited dining options apart from the hotel
