The location was superb! Very low key entrance in the middle of a boho neighborhood. Honestly, it was perfect.

Hotel confortável e que permite acesso a diversos locais que se deseje ir seja a pé ou de Metro. Rua agradável com diversas opções de restaurantes e vida noturna.

In the middle of a touristic area. Roof top restaurant and many more restaurants and shops in the area. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Very quiet, large room. The hotel is a great option when in Santiago.

One day milk was off at breakfast. It was an effort to get the staff to deal with it!

The hotel is in the heart of Lastarria with bars, restaurants (including the excellent Mulato which I visited three times), cafes and more just steps away or within a comfortable walking distance. However, noise was not an issue. The room was well appointed room with the usual amenities that would be expected including a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Ample breakfast that was consistent with what you would find in other hotels across South America (fruit, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, an assortment of cakes and pastries, cereal and eggs made to order). Hotel offers a water refilling station and tea/coffee during the day, always a very welcome touch. Pleasant and helpful staff helped to arrange airport transfers. I would happily have stayed here on my return to Santiago from Punta Arenas but unfortunately there was no availability. Would highly recommend.

Great location in a very cute neighborhood. The staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
