The weather

The location was perfect - near to San Gimignano and yet has a good view of the medieval town. Rooms were beautiful and cosy and the service was great. We had a warm welcome by the host who invited us to welcome drinks and showed us the rooms for us to choose.

Excellent breakfast (cost extra money) and very attentive and friendly service. The bed was very comfortable, the room compy and the views from the hotel are beautiful. Over all we liked our stay in this lovely resort and would love to visit again in the future.

We were looking forward to have dinner at the place, and we were disappointed that there weren't any even though we were supposed to have an email about that. Other than that everything was perfect and we really liked our stay here.

Everything was perfect!! Virginia and Andrea are wonderful and attentive hosts, they gave us some great recommendations and made us the most delicious breakfast (you should try at least one time). The view from the proparty was stunning and the cabin was comfortable, spacious and clean. Thank you!

We had a warm welcome from our hosts Andrea and Virginia, who made our stay magical. We highly recommend the amazing dinner prepared by them, (and also breakfast!) on the property, dining al fresco with a view of San Gimignano over the hills was wonderful. We loved our cozy, spotless, quiet, well-appointed room and our comfortable terrace. The pool area had lovely views and was fantastic to lounge by (we didn’t swim as the October weather was coolish, but it looks like it would be a lovely place to hang out in the summer.) The property is beautifully maintained with love and care. We highly recommend it!

Our experience was wonderful, Virginia is an incredible host, kind and attentive. There are many positives, incredible breakfasts and wonderful food all round, easy walk to San Gimignano, great pool, spotless rooms, incredible views, etc. Virginia and Maria are amazing cooks and although there are many options in the area to have meals we chose to have all but one of our meals at Podere Bellavista. Everything was faultless.

This property is located on a hill across a small valley from San Gimignano, which is Heaven on Earth to this traveler. The views from the property were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen outside of being in the mountains.

The walk to San Gimignano was tough for this mid 60's couple. We took a taxi back to the property.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is the perfect spot to lounge for the afternoon and relax with some drinks while taking in the views. very convenient proximity to San Gimignano.

We loved our time at Podere Bellavista and highly recommend! It is an ideal location and with a beautiful swimming pool and views, lovely hosts and delicious food and wine. Everything we needed for our four night stay :)
