You really can't ask for a better view or cute/quaint B&B for a stay in Tuscany. The view was even more beautiful in person than in pictures. Alessandro and Anna were friendly and wonderful hosts, making sure everyone was enjoying and got the most out of their stay. My room was quite charming as the decor was homey - nice comfortable bed, equipped kitchen to cook some basics if you tire of pizza/pasta and lots of room to lounge around both in the room and outside to enjoy the panoramic view. Also, Anna was kind enough to give me a ride to the train station upon my exit so you really can't ask for better hospitality!

I hate to complain about ANYTHING because this is truly an amazing place I recommend everyone staying at. But only because I am a millennial addicted to her phone and someone who had to work remotely, the WiFi not working was quite troublesome. It only worked by the gazebo outside, and I couldn't sit out there past a certain time as it got dark and mosquitoes came out to play. I didn't read about this in any of the other reviews so might have just been a temporary glitch during my stay.

Everything was fantastic. The hosts are lovely and so friendly. The location was amazing to walk into the town or take day trips with our car. We had a lot of space in our apartment and it was quiet.

The floors of our apartment were dirty. It would have been nice to have eggs with breakfast and/or some variety with the food. The same food three days in a row was not ideal. But there was delicious food

the property is well located to San Gimignano. 10min walk

we book this property because pictures and description were including a kitchen and living area. when we arrived we discovered it was only a bedroom with bathroom. no kitchen no living room. when we mentioned the discrepancy to the host, instead of apologies, he challenged us to leave the place and find another accomodation. the advertisement is misleading and the host instead of admitting the dishonesty he has been very rude and unpleasant to deal with. the place is clean and well located but I wouldn’t recommend it because the owners promote things that are not actually provided in the service.

Location was excellent, about a 10 minute walk to the town center. We also loved fantastic view from the patio area and warm hospitality of the hosts Ana and Alessandro. Great place to stay!

Great view on San Gimignano sorrounding hills, Ettore is very welcoming and the apartment was big and very nice. We didn't get a breakfast but it looked delicious. It's a short walk to the historic city

1. The view of the location is stunning. You could watch sunrise and sunset, like a dream. 2. breakfast is delicious, it's mainly sweet, but the owner will omelet on request. 3. It's a family-run B&B, accomodating people.

The view is breathtaking! The room is outdated but extremely clean and the owners are extremely friendly and polite. It’s a 12 minute walk to the center and short drive to the best restaurants in the area.
