Location and harbour view room was world class

The view from our room was gorgeous and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had. All staff we amazingly helpful, professional and polite.

I think you could get a better-quality tonic water in the mini bar as good gin deserves a good tonic water. Why not try Fever Tree or similar?

We love the location and the views from the building. It was so convenient to the cruise terminal, and we were able to drop bags off early well before checking out of the hotel itself. The room and bed were great, and we have now used this place twice. It feels like a special treat every time we stay there! Being close to the rocks there are plenty of eateries for breakfast lunch or dinner.

The location was great and the staff remarkable to meet all our needs.

The bathrooms need to be updated.

The location was fantastic, could walk everywhere or if wanted to go further afield, the trains were very close. Staff were great and very attentive. The room was smallish but nice.

Absolutely everything from the moment we arrived to leaving, (which we didn't really want to do!). This was an exceptional place to stay. The attention to detail from housekeeping was amazing and the view was perfect. It was so easy to get everywhere. Great location! I can't wait to return and have already highly recommended this to my colleagues at work.

Not one thing really. But if I had to change one thing I would probably make the tiling around the pool less slippery.

Everything went well. The hotel has retained many of their fantastic lounge 32 staff who remembered us from our stay last year. They always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and to look after anything you might need. As always the hotel is immaculate and every detail has been carefully considered. Remarkable place, can't recommend it highly enough.

I was not impressed that they took a $500.00 hold and I am still waiting for them to refund it to me. They blame the bank but last time I had to chase it up with their account department. Probably will have to this time too. It was pouring with rain in Sydney and not only did the door staff never acknowledge me but did not offer an umbrella. Only one lift ever working, took ages to get to ground floor with people on tours with massive amounts of luggage.

Great location - easy walking distance to opera house, ferry quays and public transportation. Very nice rooms - we had a room with a large window looking over the harbor with a window seat. Very good breakfast buffet and made to order hot dishes.

There was only one restaurant, which didn’t have windows. Fine for breakfast and, once, for a quick lunch but would have liked a restaurant a bit nicer for dinner. On the other hand, there were many restaurants in easy walking distance.

Our booking was for 4 nights and we had a deluxe King room on 31st floor which had great views to Sydney Harbour. The bed was fabulous and the room was very comfortable.

Absolutely everything was perfect from start to finish. Everything from the friendly staff to the super clean and comfortable room (FS bedding remains my favourite of all time), the amazing harbour view that made it hard to leave the room, the delicious breakfast and cozy cocktail bar. FS Sydney will be our go-to for Sydney visits from now on. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

The staff are wonderful the hotel is spotless the breakfast was a great way to start our day of in our beautiful city.

Not a thing

We were impressed with the premier city view room which also had a sneak peak of the Opera House which was a lovely surprise. The amenities were excellent and we slept in the most comfortable bed in the world. We really enjoyed a complementary Easter breakfast (thanks Lorenzo) and the team had done a wonderful job of preparing and decorating beautiful display’s, very impressive. There was also an Easter bunny, ballerina and live bunny rabbits in the foyer which was alot of fun. We enjoyed the pool which was sunny and clean and the food and drink’s delicious. We had an easy check in with Delly and he kept us up to date and informed of progress on the room availability. We also had a lovely note and gift from our housekeeping team Jasmin and Nancy which was a cute touch.

The lifts were very slow and the spa was not working for two days.
