Clean, comfortable, and fantastic view - whale-spotting even from bed

The view. Access to beach, cafes, restaurants.
Dishwasher not working, was replaced on day of departure. TV not working properly.

Only stayed one night, after hours check in so not much interaction with staff. But all interactions that were with staff (arranging late check in and checking in over phone and checking out at reception desk) were all very pleasant. Staff friendly and accommodating. Place was clean, nice layout of apartment.
On a cold night, the bed only had a top sheet and a really scratchy thing that cannot be called a blanket. So I got a blanket from out of the cupboard. Within half an hour of lying down, I had moderate allergic reaction to the blanket. Eyes swelled up and were watery, extremely red and itchy; and nose started running like a tap. Had to go out to 7 eleven after midnight to get antihistamines. Went without the blanket, only used top sheet and had minimal sleep. For $300 a night, I left feeling extremely tired and still having allergic reaction now 48 hours later. Must have had a lot of dust or something, but the whole experience was extremely negative. At least provide a duvet??? Also couldn’t figure out how to connect the smart tv to wifi. Maybe it was just me but I don’t think so, because the wifi access is behind an online account/login wall. Also, the gate to the parking was never closed so not secure. Saw a man who appeared to stay in the carpark overnight in his car.

Great location and lovely to hear the sound of the waves at night. Nice being up high and seeing right up to the Gold Coast.

The locality and proximity to coffee shops and the beachfront.
We were disappointed that we didn't have a view of the sea but understand that what we paid didn't qualify for that.

The room was unclean. Cushions on the couch need a wash, the doors were grubby. It was generally unclean

The room was great, travelling with grandkids. They were happy. Close to restaurants and shops and across the road from a park. The kids loved it.
It would have been nice to have a bath and a little more space, but it was good value in an excellent location.

We were on the 18th floor with an amazing view of the ocean. I also liked that the accommodation was walking distance to 2 great swimming beaches, and lots of trendy cafes and restaurants. It is also close to Woolworths, cinemas, and an arcade for rainy days.
The unit was clean and comfortable.
There was very limited corkery and cutlery in the kitchen and the gym was very basic.

Firstly the room we were booked into was not what we expected- very small and no view -
we had to spend another $200 to upgrade our room

Apartment was lovely and well maintained. Staff on front desk were very helpful and happy to help. View was really good and was only a short walk from the shops / restaurants.

Office staff were lovely to talk to and very helpful. The view from our room was fantastic,we were on the fifth floor over looking Coolangatta beach.
We found that there was not a lot of kitchen equipment if you wanted to stay in and cook your meals instead of going out.
