Always just right. Perfect location

The property was great value and in an awesome spot! Very quiet but close to everything.

Everything was great expect no microwave in room or any streaming service or chromecast on tv.

ALL staff are exceptionally well trained, friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. Just wonderful 🥰 and all too rare elsewhere these days. Great location. Super comfy beds! Great views. Nice big rooms.

* The bathroom - needs a towel rail on the DOOR in the actual bathroom (instead of those hooks, which are useless on the door and should be on the wall instead!!). And a shelf (of a good size) in there to put toiletries on!! Also need a small safe hand rail in the shower stall - and a slotted (for drainage) shelf for shampoo etc, instead of having to bend down to the shower “edge” because there’s nowhere else to put anything!! - All reasonable things to expect in ANY accommodation, but especially for the price charged. There’s just nowhere to put anything in those bathrooms, yet there IS room for all of the above to be reasonably easily installed, and would be so much more convenient for every guest. ** The hand basin area - where’s the hand towel rail????? **** Bed area - EXTREMELY shonky electricals with all that wiring and double adaptors and power strips attached to each other AND dangerously jumbled together between the beds and side tables. (causing the bed lamps to flicker half the time!)…… and the bar fridge plugged into them all as well! So dangerous, and we all suspect, very NOT up to code! More like the kind of thing you see in some 2 & 3 places in SE Asia, not in Australia! ***** With the number of surfers staying there (naturally, considering the location), rubber floor matting in the lifts would be practical for the rest of us, instead of constantly wet floors from dripping wetsuits, which is ruining those lovely old timber floors 😟

Property is definitely on the older side but the whole experience was amazing and styled amazing,

Love the location and mostly the property although it is old and we had to change rooms due to a leaky air con once we moved rooms our stay was great!
