The breakfast was excellent and the leisure center was great
Dirty towel in bathroom. Dirty cups in bedroom and at breakfast.

Staff super. Could not do enough. Nothing was a problem. Wish everywhere was as welcoming
Bar became too hot from 4 to 6 30pm. We left then to go to restaurant

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent and we were very happy with the room. We will definitely stay there again.

Lots of parking. Staff are pleasant.

Room was too hot and as a result I had an uncomfortable sleep.
Breakfast was lukewarm, I have stayed here once before and the breakfast was the same then too. Please address this.
Couldn't have a drink in the main bar as there were no seats available.

hotel was very warm we all felt the rooms were too hot to sleep. Our shower had no hot water also

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff, wide selection for breakfast and copious amounts of storage facilities in the room.
No AC in the room, window only opened minutely, making it quite hot at night. Shower curtain could be changed to glass for hygiene reasons.

Lovely lobby, and well kept grounds. Front desk staff were friendly and in good humour. The breakfast was delicious too.
Are we sure this is a five star property? The bathtub and toilet weren't well kept. Room 314 - the tub needs a new strip of caulk, and whomever installed the toilet seat crookedly should lose their job.

The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean. Food is lovely aswell and nice to have a selection between the restaurant, the bar or the Chinese connected to the hotel.

All was great for the purpose I stayed, which was only for one night.
Pool is one of the best hotel pools to do some training in as you could do lengths.
pool water could have been a bit colder
We were in a big group who went to breakfast at the same time and early, I felt staff on at that time did well but I'd suggest they could have had more support as other guests started arriving.

Room was superb and comfortable, Dinner was 10 of 10 at the restaurant.
