We chose for location and it's excellent. The building is right on main shopping, cafe, bar and restaurant Street. Very close to beach. Spacious 2 bed unit. Has everything you need. Internal pool is good for kids and anyone not keen to swim at the lovely beach. Good parking option.

We were directly above Hastings Street bar/restaurant. They played loud music every night. It was very noisy in the main bedroom and I struggled to get to sleep. It needs double glazing/sound proofing. Decor a little tired now and could do with spruce up.

pool was constantly on the shade… unfortunate Was charged $80 for a departure clean because I omitted to put 3 dishes in the dishwasher …. I felt this was petty there are better properties in Noosa

The apartment was very quiet . location spot on being on Hasting Street and directly opposite the beach access. Also close to the bus station, and the water taxi, and all that Hasting Street offers.

More lighting in the garage area, but the cost of electricity this makes it easy to understand

Clean the air conditioners more regularly . Sweep the balconies and clean furniture.

Convenient to everything we need. Staff were lovely.

The plague of rainbow laurikeets that wake up way too early and make a noisy cacophonous alarm clock. Not in any way the fault of Emerald.

The location, the size, and the floorplan of the apartmemt was great.

Cleanliness- The apartment was not clean. On arrival, I went to take a bowl from the cupboard, and there was a big black hair in it. The cutlery, bowls, and glasses were not clean, I ran them all through the dishwasher. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. The ceiling had black coming through, the tracks of the wardrobe in the master bedroom was disgusting. The coffee table in the loungeroom needs replacing, it's old and grimy :( Master Bed- the bed was seriously uncomfortable, desperately needs to be replaced. I ended up sleeping on the couch. This noise, the noise from sucker trucks, garbage trucks, and the lorikeets is deafening. You need to keep the windows and doors closed to be able to hear yourself think. .

Location is wonderful, right opposite the beach and restaurants, pool was a bit on the cool side

Our unit number 34 was old and needed repairs, screendoor kept sticking, cloth blinds also kept getting caught up and catch coming out of the wall

The location is the only thing decent about this property

The room, it was not clean, have to purchase ammenities after a very basic starter pack. The lady in charge of front desk needs to go buy herself some personality. Should not answer a phone neither should she be on a front desk Nothing seems to work, the car park roller door is hard to open from outside! The spa was always out of action. Birds were way over the top even hard to sleep through the night with the amount of lorikeets in the area.

Lack of proper cleaning services. We were given the same amount of supplies you’d get for a 1 or 2 night stay (we were there for 7 nights) and then charged $80 extra for not switching on a dishwasher on our checkout day! Manager at front desk seemed unhappy most the time.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

it was easy access to everything

We were on first floor over a cafe it was very noisy and had to wear ear plugs to sleep and one of the units on our floor was being renovated we had drilling during the day , it was not relaxing.

pool doesn’t get any sun. they didn’t replace toilet paper and shampoos etc in the weekly clean. I thought that was very poor considering we paid for 9 nights. doesn’t have a common BBQ facility
