View was great.
Cleanliness of room was poor. Food in restaurant was inedible.

Sea view, free upgrade, will definitely be back
Fire alarm sounding off at midnight for about 2mins but all ok, just made us jump.

We love everything about this hotel, food is delicious, beds are soooo comfy, our room had the cutest balcony! Staff are always lovely!
The only thing I didn't like, but didn't affect our stay or anything was the carpets along corridors and in our room had quite a few stains.
3.4
Good customer service
Apologized for our complaint and refunded us 20%
Break was good
Great location
Toilet was dirty with dry poo on arrival
Balcony was dirty, dry birds drops on the balcony table abd spider web all over the balcony
Bed mattress was bad, not good quality, woke up with aches
Pillow was like a leaf , very thin and only 2 pillows
No car parking, we had to pay lot for car parks

It was awful room unclean for 2 days really unhappy it was aassive list that housekeeping didn't do before my stay spent 2 days trying to sort it out. Hours/over a day wasted on reception to get the room cleaned
The dirty room alcohol left in lift and on sides in public area. I told reception but it stayed the same for the whole of my stay.
Breakfast was awful rubbery oil just nasty.
3.4
Very little choice and expensive for £12 each
Needed cost hangers in the room and a plug for the wash basin. Some information in the room would be useful
3.4
All communal rooms were decorative and well looked after.
Breakfast was lovely, and had beautiful views.
Room was comfortable and spacious.
Some of the doors, were chipped and worn on the edges.

It was terrible from the start. The room had cobwebs on the windows. Moved to another standard room and same with cobwebs, tel didn’t work and poo on toilet seat. Move to another room the same but this time window wouldn’t close so freezing and dangerous the bottom window nearly hit my head as it comes out towards you. No heating so finally upgraded to a beautiful superior room but soon saw the toilet seat was broken, sliding off, no housekeeping had to beg for it to be cleaned. No staff doing it. Carpet stains, cobwebs, took them hours to do anything basic like toilet roll and towels. The balcony was big and beautiful. One tiny flat pillow so we both got neck pain! Never again.
Lily and Sam was excellent and very hard working and willing to help. Lily even cleaned the 3rd room just in case any cobwebs. The superior room and balcony was a good size but all run down with the shower over flooding.

The Room was a Sea View With Balcony which we did not Expect as we were on a Mini Break as my wife has Just had a Knee Replacement so the Hotel was Perfect as it's Location was on the Sea Front and Central for the Shops it is one of the best Breaks we have had we will be Using this Hotel Again
We Didn't Like Not Being Informed before we Arrived that there had to be a £100 Deposit in case of Breakages also it was Not on Their Website and as we are Pensioners it Left us Rather Short for the Time we were there even though we did get the Deposit Back it is Besides the Point we should have been Informed it did spoil the break a Little

It was situated right on the beach front. Lovely and big with various restaurants etc.
No parking

Location next to the pier. Views from the hotel of the south end on sea pier. Breakfast was good with the pier views. Great to stay with kids as near to all the fun activities. I had an issue with my family room. Staff were proactive in sorting it out and gave me a breakfast voucher to make up for the issue.
The room carpets were old. A fridge could have been added.
3.4
The beds were comfy
Bleach stains on the floor, pillows not great. Bathroom vinyl floor was cracking with potential damage underneath. Toilet was scummy
3.4
Great location, reception area nice and smelt nice, all of the staff were friendly
Would be good to have extra pillows available one each isn’t enough and didnt have time to ask at reception, room was clean but carpet was quite stained. Disappointing couldn’t open the balcony door, I guess H&S concern

The hotel location was very good.
The hotel reception & evening bar/restaruant staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room: very worn-out facilities. Bathroom door was falling apart from where it had been splashed by water from the shower. The sink tap was worn out and difficult to operate. The sink water pressure was too so that the water splashed out over the sink and over me. The toilet flush didn't work at all well, was dificult to push (both buttons) and the flush unit continually tried to fill the cistern - continuous flow of water into the bowl all through the night! There was no hair-drier provided.
Breakfast: The breakfast staff seemed superficially freindly and efficient but didn't seeem sincere about serving customers.

The staff were very nice and friendly.
There were stains all over the carpet, the mattress was really hard and uncomfortable, the air conditioning was faulty and wasn't cooling the room. The view was not even close to what we expected.

Everything was fine and would visit again
Nothing to report

Location was great, staff very helpful and friendly
Had to pay extra for parking, the hotel was tired and could do with a refurb, especially the carpet as that was very bad in the bedrooms.

Location was excellent
You are not told on Trip adviser , Booking .com , or the Park Inn reviews or web site that this hotel is used to house 50 permanent refugees. This puts extreme pressure on the already low number of staff employed . Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a challenge as government guests nearly occupied the whole area and food was in short supply as kitchen found it difficult to keep up with demand . Once breakfast was finished all other areas of the Hotel were populated by groups of males and females passing time before Lunch and presume evening meal . Sad to see and you have to empathise with their situation .
Hotel passed its prime and most areas shabby and in need of refurbishment .
Not a recommendation I’m afraid and rather annoyed that no mention made of the use being made of this Hotel when booking . Couldn’t understand what there were 3 permanent security guards based in the foyer at all times until picture became clear . Hotel life continued and conference rooms were being used by various groups .
Car parking expensive at £20 for overnight stay and no concession for staying at the Hotel.
