Room: Fine room but a little finnecky to find at first since it's an annex. You have to check in at the Antika hotel and go down to -3, go outside to the river and walk along the river to find the annex. Location: Bit far from the train station, they do have shuttle but it costs 7 Franks per person. The distance is walkable but if you carry a lot of luggage it's probably better to arrange for a shuttle. Breakfast: Good breakfast, everything you'd expect from a standard decent breakfast. Facilities: You could use the wellness which is included in the annex price, that was great.

Wellness was only open until 20:30, would be great if it was open longer. Giving you time to relax there after coming back from a difficulty day of hiking. No free shuttle service unfortunately.

Decent breakfast, included in the room fare; Tea and coffee facility in the room; Window goes to the quiet recreation area in the courtyard; Big room with nice bed area/living room separation by ceiling design; I've got a surprise upgrade of room, it was not in the annex, but in the main building, on the ground floor, this has made the price/quality rate very favourable.

We felt a bit rushed to leave but we also do understand there‘s a checkout time. We were 10 minutes late and they called and knocked on our door and waited and watched us leave the room, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The location was nice by the river and perfect view of Matterhorn just when you go outside of your room.

There was Spa facilities in hotel but for access to Annex rooms you have to go out and walk on street so it isn't pleasant after the spa when your body is still warm go out in cold weather to get to your room!

One room in the "Annex" is the cheap version of the Hotel Antika. Nevertheless you won't feel it during your stay. The room is modern, the bed is comfortable, the shower newly equipped. During the stay you have access to the hotel facilities (the Spa area is modern and super nice, sauna + hammam), breakfast is amazing (excellent cappuccino, gipfeli, fresh fruit). Overall, a blast. My best experience of all my stays in Zermatt. If you find a spot here, don't even think about booking something else!

The room was relatively quiet, and was very clean. The location was very convenient, with train, gondola and cable car stations within walking distance, and many restaurants nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel, which had a wide range of options.

Check-in and check-out was quite disappointing. I had a heavy backpack, and I was made to wait standing for a long time in the lobby for both check-in and check-out.

Thank you for the upgrade from single to double room! The room was excellent with delicious breakfast! As well the access to sauna with spacious area and zen ambiance.

First of all, we got an upgrade :) The room was amazing, very comfy, modern and at the same time fits very well with Zermatt cultural house design. The room and bathroom was very clean. There was a very nice balcony with great view where we enjoyed a hot tea. Would definetely stay here again. Finally breakfast was also very good.

Wellness area closes at 20:30. We arrived a bit late so we couldnt enjoyed the wellness opportunities.

The staff were friendly and I received an upgrade into the main building from the annex. The location is great and I had a beautiful view from my room. The rooms were extremely clean and breakfast was great.
