The room was spacious and big. It even had 2 additional single beds (which could be for 4 people). The bathroom is clean and the shower is good.

The room was very hot and stuffy upon arrival and stayed this way the whole time. There was no way to turn down heating (if any). It was too hot (even for winter outside), that we had to tilt the windows open for the whole night to sleep comfortably. Although a message through booking.com and an email was sent to the hotel prior to our arrival asking specifically for a quiet room, it was ignored completely. We could hear loud chatter from the guests above and everyone who passed by the hallway, the walls are very thin and have poor sound insulation. We also requested a double bed which we were notified was granted to us, however, there still was a gap between two single beds put together which was not very comfortable. The room was not exactly cheap, neither is this a budget hotel. We were disappointed that the room was lacking basic amenities such as a mini fridge and a water kettle to make tea or coffee. Two bottle of waters that costs 1,90€ each were sitting on the table with cups. Again, this is not a budget hotel. Pillows were hard and flat, which were not very comfortable. Most of breakfast was gone and no longer refilled by 10:30 (ends at 11:00), which could definitely be improved.

The room was very clean and receptionists were kind.

There was no hot water in the shower, shower head should be replaced and we could hear people talking from another room. Plus in the morning, the day we were leaving, someone (maybe cleaning lady, i don't know) just stormed in our room - no knock, nothing; she just looked in and left which was extremely weird to me.

Cleanliness. Floor not cleaned, Bed sheet not changed during my 3 weeks stay.

The staff was very helpful and provided us all the information we needed. The room was a little bit to small to accommodate 3 adults, but it was ok for one night. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty in general. Also, we were able to park our car inside for 24 hours, which was an extra plus.

We used the hotel for an overnight staying during our return trip from Croatia. We ordered a quiet double room on a higher floor. Unfortunately, after our arrival, it turned out that the only available room was on the ground floor, partly exposed to noise from the nearby street. After our complaints and some debates, we were offered a free upgrade of our room in favor of a quiet three-bedded room on the first floor which was acceptable. The hotel facilities and breakfast seem to be characteristic of the JUFA hotels - not too exciting, but acceptable for the given price - and correspond well to the experience of other travelers described in other reviews. OK for overnight sleeping.

In front of the hotel, there is an ongoing construction of a sizable building deteriorating the hotel environment. Access to the hotel and its parking place from the main access road is not marked properly and is behind the tollgate which took us quite some time and one circumvention of the respective house block until we, after speaking to the hotel reception, found out the solution (buying a single time ticket from the automatic tollgate).

Parking should be included in price. Generally I think the room was well overpriced looking at the room standard. I've paid less money for stays in Novotel Suites during the same journey (Munich and Vienna). Staff should work on improving their English (especially young girls).

Comfortable bed, breakfast was good. Everything was clean.

Surrounding is a bit noisy because of construction and neigbourhood blocks. The room was a bit outdated.
