We booked two hotel rooms for a group of five people and overall had a decent experience during our stay. The rooms were relatively clean, although we did notice some dirty spots on the walls in certain areas. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our check-in and stay more pleasant. They were helpful with any inquiries we had and provided good service throughout our time there. One of the highlights was that the air conditioning in both rooms worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable during our stay, which was especially important during the warmer days. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The hotel provided the essential amenities and services we needed for our short stay, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. However, improvements in maintaining consistent cleanliness throughout the rooms would definitely enhance the overall quality of the accommodation. Nevertheless, we were content with our stay, and it served its purpose for our group's trip.

It wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nicer if the cleanliness was more consistent throughout the rooms.

The room was always clean, the staff were nice and polite, and we were close to the bus station. The showers were also pretty good.

There were no curtains, so there was always light in the morning when we would have still slept normally. Also, the walls are pretty thin and we could hear noise from the other rooms.

Friendly staff - I asked them to move me to another room as the first one had only a small window and was very dark; it wasn't possible to do it immediately but they changed my room on the following day. With the bus it's a 20 minute trip to Piazzale Roma. You have a fridge in the room.

Breakfast was really basic but hotel staff made that clear in advance.

Hitel staff very friendly always had a smile. Very helpful with instructions on how to get into Venice. Location good as a short bus ride directly into the bus station.

Hotel was a bit difficult to find due to one way road system. No lift. Room basic but clean. Only €4 for breakfast but was very limited.

The position was great. In a few minutes you are at the bus station for Central Venice and on the return from Venice the bus stops directly in front of the hotel itself. The staff is kindest and available for anything. Breakfast is really basic but the price is absolutely fair.

The shower could have been a bit more equipped and there was too much light because of curtains did not cover totally. Pillows a bit flat. But for the rest all fine.
