Big territory, a lot things to do, nice and various food. I am glad that we choose this hotel. we were traveling with a kid(2yo) and we had family room with pool access. Room was a little tired, but fine. AC doing a very good job making the inner atmosphere just right for a good sleep. At first we thought that noise from animation amphitheater will disturb us, but quite the opposite - location and bedroom doors make bedroom soundproof. Kid can sleep there calmly. Spa is perfect! I had the most relaxing massage there, and jacuzzi afterwards was a Cherry on top. also used fitness twice while our stay - and even once it was a bit crowded I was able to do all of my routine. So nice to have it!

A bit tired room: bathtub equipment was old and a bit broken, mini-frige door is crooking, but this is all small inconveniences.

Perfect place for vacation with a kid. Delicious and diverse food. Tasty cocktails in hotel bars. Cool playground and swimming pools. Clean rooms.

Beach line with stones, and it's not comfortable to go inside to the see. But it's possible to find not big sandy piece:) Bad internet. Almost every day we asked to fix it. Evening entertainments is too loud. I can't imagine how people from rooms with pool view manage it.

It is of course not really a 5star. It is an all included with a selection of wines, that differs excactly white, rose and red. And they are all terrible. And at 9.00 in the morning you should occupy your place at the beach. After 10.00 you can forget it for the whole day. They do not care to offer enough beach chairs for all of their 5star clients. The same is true for the pool.

The hotel is great! The staff is friendly and always near by to assist !

very well catered for families, shallow kids pools. big resort but do press out so didn’t feel crowded or herded around. great value for money yes you could pay double for pyre 5 star luxury but the resort has a lovely spa and fine dining which you get a voucher for. the Greek on site restaurant also lovely and overall they have thought of everything to keep kids and adults happy

nothing but taxi to Rhodes town or Lindos is expensive a shuttle would be good

The hotel is on a beautiful beach, in a nice golf, not very crowded. The staff of the hotel were always looking to help you. Food was very good, diverse. A good recommendation if you look for a place to spend time with your family.

The hotel itself is quite old, but we'll maintained. We stayed in a refurbished room, which was really ok.

There are multiple pools in the area, some might get busy during the day, so its better to go early (or later in afternoon)if you want to get place to lay down by the pool. I would like that pools stay open for longer (they close at 6pm). Room was OK, nothing fancy, very minimalistic but OK, as most time would be spent outside. the walls are quit thin, you will hear what happens outside of the room.

Pool operating hours are limited. In the evenings at the restaurant hard to get drinks, sometimes they allow for self service sometimes you need to go and stay in line to order. Only once in a week waiter came to take our order (while we saw this was done for other people regularly). Also they give coupon for other restaurants that's not part of all inclusive, but we could not get reservation as next opening time was in a week, after we already had to leave.

Everything was great, excellent location and staff.

I really like the hotel and the views, food was good, drink were fine. Playground is great, kids were having a lot of fun. Beach and swimming pools are clean.

Pool and sea beds are taken and „reserved” from the very early morning. People are leaving their towels before breakfest and hotel stuff should really do something about it. Germans are actually taking extra 2beds just for their stuff or in case the sun is changing the direction. Its really rude and no one from the stuff reacts. All the animations and the kids club are in german… so the kids dont have much fun and the stuff is not helping. Our kids wanted to join them but were told that its all in german so they want understand a thing. Im sorry but It is a discrimination. Mini club and mini disco should work for all the kids and it should be fun despite your language. So we wont come again.

I like the rooms its five star rooms, overall hotel is good for people who likes a kind of quite places and relaxing

We stayed in the room with a private pool and it was amazing! View was beautiful and the size or the room/pool Was way beyond what we expected. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There could have been a better variety of food. The quality of the food in the main restaurant was poor so we would eat at the other two restaurants however their menus didn’t change so we quickly were bored of the options and ended up eating out on the last night. The price we paid was worth it for the room but I was disappointed by the food.

excellent customer service, comfy beds and very beautiful location. the sea over there is fantastic. As honeymooners we were treated with complimentary traditional sweets and a bottle of Italian prosecco. the manager in the main restaurant is the sweetest person ever, we really have enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back soon! ευχαριστώ

Got upgraded to a superior family room , lovely view from the balcony.Room was spacious and clean , water placed in room each day.

Hotel is 98 % German and staff focus on them more . Main pool is too small for the size of the complex Food in the restaurant was ok very repetitive , plates are cold and food was warm unless something was cooked in front of you.
