Le petit déjeuner et l’emplacement
Le manque d’amabilité et l’inefficacité du personnel de réception.
En effet, la douche étant soit brûlante soit froide, je demande l’aide de la maintenance, on me dit désolé on ne peut rien faire pour vous. J’explique que je gâche beaucoup d’eau pour pouvoir avoir de l’eau plus ou moins tiède -> on me réponds : « it’s ok who give a **** about water waste » d’un air très narquois ! Quelle déception!

Perfecte locatie, vlak naast metrostation Warren. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel aan de balie. Mogelijkheid om bagage te stockeren. Propere kamers. Gezellige bar.
Het bad is tamelijk hoog en smal. Kan gevaarlijk zijn.

Die Lage ist definitiv super. Alles wichtige ist nah bei bzw. schnell zu erreichen.
Frühstück war ne Katastrophe. Morgens wenn Horden von Kreuzfahrttouristen einfallen, alles überfüllt ist und man in einer Schlange warten muss, dass man nen Tisch zugewiesen bekommt, hat es nicht mehr entspanntes…
Hotel und Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen…

Everything was perfect! The front desk people were amazing! As were all the staff there. The breakfast, top notch. The room was very comfortable. Very clean! Loved our stay!

Had a wonderful 3 day break at the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, very comfy beds. Room was clean, towels changed regularly. Great location, close to everything.

Het is een heerlijk comfortabel hotel, we waren er al vaak te gast en kregen een waanzinnig mooie kamer met balkon.
Ik was ook jarig tijdens ons verblijf en kreeg een heerlijk gebakje, heel fijn!!
Ook een bijzondere vermelding aan de heel erg vriendelijke receptionist, Vivian. Hij is echt goud waard!
Er was niet echt is wat ons niet beviel. Enkel het ontbijt was wat gewijzigd sinds de laatste bezoeken en dat verliep wat stroef, maar we hebben toch genoten!!

The hotel is very nice, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff and service were exceptional and a real credit to the hotel.
A few niggles, the room walls are very thin and I could hear the music being played in the next room. The windows didnt keep the outside noise out, so unfortunately every time an ambulance was going past it woke me up (I was on the top floor).

Great location, good size of room, large bathroom. Loads of food options nearby and next to tube.
More fresh fruit at breakfast would have been better- just coulis + fruit salad bowl.

Very comfortable room, amazing location next to two tube stations.
The wifi was pretty weak on our side, we were at room 260 which is almost at the edge of the hotel.
We asked reception the first night to fix it and they reset the router but that was about it, internet was really slow or only connected next to the room’s door

El hotel esta bien en general, pero tuve una mala experiencia
Pedí y pagué una pieza de dos camas y solo había una y me dijeron que pondrían un sofá que no pusieron. Las piezas con dos camas en el mercado de hoteles en general eran más caras, porque había menos opciones. Es decir, pagué más y al final tuve que dormir en una cama con otra persona. Espero un descuento.

Our room was on the street side. It was extremely noisy in the room day and night. This spoilt our stay in an otherwise very nice hotel.

Deze x waren we in het achter gedeelte geplaatst. Uit ervaring weet ik dat dit niet de allerbeste kamers zijn. Het viel mee maar er waren toch wel wat aandachtspunten. Dingen die je verwacht beter te zijn bij een 4 sterren hotel (douchescherm, geen bedlampje, lekkende kraan, vlotter bleef hangen, airco die veel geluid maakt).

AC fungerade inte som utlovat. Bad om tyst rum men hamnade mot trafikerad gata. Frukosten var väldigt dyr med tanke på utbudet.
