Room size good Bathroom good Fridge in room. That’s about it for a “suite”

Room was so noisy on street Bed uncomfortable Air conditioning poor Tiny tv for such a prestigious room Front desk not helpful or interested in assisting Constantly chasing the hotel for fresh towels and water in room. Took nearly 2 hours for some towels ! Food taken from our fridge !

This was a perfect location, a good size room, great value for money and a building with loads of character. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

There wasnt anything I didnt like about our stay.

The room was clean, but the chair was disgusting dirt. We also faced problems with the toilet flush and we need to ask several time for a solution. Finally they moved us to another room.

Noise at 3am30 in East wing when they clean up the reception and event area till 5am.

Great staff who clearly want to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are beautifully clean and comfortable with great amenities. Breakfast is very good and the coffee was especially good. Location is perfect for everything central too.

Buon hotel, posizione buona vicino alla metro Moorgate e Liverpool street. zona tranquilla. personale gentile e camera ottima e pulita. le nostre chiavi hanno smesso di funzionare una volta. l’hotel per alcune cose sembra un 4 stelle e non 5. Ho pagato un prezzo molto economico quindi non mi lamento, ma per i prezzi “di listino” forse sarebbe stato diverso

Location was perfect for an event I was attending nearby. Close to the tube. Bar on site, fab breakfast

The location and room placement was ideal as it was quiet and we both had a lovely night's sleep. It's ideal for the tube, there's lovely restaurants and there are 3 tube stations within walking distance.

The room size is a little small, although not hugely important this time as we were out a lot, it could have been quite annoying if we'd been there now.

Staff disinterested and unknowledgeable, Air conditioning in room didn’t work, lights in room faulty, fridge in room not working, gaps in windows meaning it’s noisy, breakfast was nearly cold and a faff to sit in the bar. Asked for a refund, still arguing about it with the manager who told me the room has no faults?

Location is reasonably good, walking distance to a range of landmarks / bars / food destinations. Has ability to offer parking, but always told no when asked.

Awful, small & uncomfortable bed, despite booking a room with a "large double bed" this was not the case. Poor quality air conditioning made it difficult to cool the room.

Personnel agréable et disponible. Chambres confortables. Petit déjeuner complet.

Hôtel bien situé, le personnel est aimable. Chambre propre et calme, bien qu un peu défraîchie tout de même.

Le lit supplémentaire dans la suite Deluxe n était pas acceptable et l hôtel a installé un véritable lit à notre demande.

The size of the room, the quietness and comfortable aspects plus the staff are lovely.

The pressure of the shower hear, albeit there is also a rain shower. The lighting in the room is also quite dark so for my friend trying to do her make up, only a small dilemma. Barbican isn't the easiest of stations to reach but still, we managed even at night time (3 am).

The location and front entrance is lovely within easy walking distance to Barbican tube station

Not a 5 star bedroom, light switches and plugged not even screwed flush into walls, blind for the bathroom window looking into the bedroom didn’t go down all the way. The window handles were broken and I hurt my hand trying to close the window.

Cleanliness and friendly staff.

Bed was too soft but this is a personal preference. Distance was further from the city and attractions than we had anticipated. The constant humming of what we thought was the air con units when sleeping, was tricky. No window in the room that could open for fresh air, couldn’t turn on the air con either, sharp bits on the bath rail where the covering was coming away and a huge gap under the door, mismatched cups and not enough decaffeinated drink choice in the room.

The facilities were lovely, staff were friendly. loved the bathroom and the rainfall shower too!

My room was right next a what I think was a generator. It was going off all day and night so it interrupted my sleep a lot. Even though the windows were closed it was really loud. I went to try and get a good night sleep before continuing my travels however this did stop me from doing so.

Our room was directly above a private party which was Loud and late. The pub was closed which we weren't told about (jugged hare)

Beautiful building and great location

The beds were awful and rooms are very small, they moved us into a 'bigger' room as the description of 'delux room' shocked me...it wasn't much bigger than the bed, the next room was not much better 'club room' the beds are way too soft and as a couple we just rolled into the middle all night...I wanted a bit of luxury but would have been better staying in the Premier Inn...after complaining about the bed they gave a small refund but honestly I'd have paid more for a decent sleep

Güzel ve konforlu bir otel. Londra'nın en iyi otellerinden biri... Rezervasyonu erken yapmak lazım. Ücreti biraz yüksek ama yine de Londra'da bu seviyedeki bir otel için normal diyebilirim. Şehrin önemli noktalarına ulaşım çok kolay.

Comfortable relaxed hotel. I like the fact it’s a repurposed brewery which makes it quirky rather than identikit - even if the floor plan can be confusing at times as a result
