staff are rude, unhelpful and the hotel is overpriced

Friendly staff and the room was very clean.

We ordered an evening meal but when mine arrived, it wasn't very nice at all. I complained and the Lady in charge of the restaurant came over straight away and apologised. I was offered a replacement meal with a complimentary drink. The matter was dealt with very well but by the time my meal arrived, my husband had finished his meal about 15 minutes earlier.

Restaurant was great with wide variety of food, staff were focused on their clients...

Location, staff very friendly and helpful. Had a small problem with our room and that was fixed within 5 minutes. Great to get preorderd taxi service. Rooms tidy, clean and comfortable.

Food at the restaurant was not very good.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful we didn't eat lunch as we were still full. We were visiting friends and family in the area so the location was good for us. We will probably stay again on our next visit.

The car perking

The front réception staff were all very helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to be helpful. The room is a decent size and the hotel is clean.

One has to pay £7 for the use of the attached gym. The room service selection is quite limited. The walls are very thin. I could hear conversations, bathroom use, etc. in neighbouring rooms. I was also woken up by the movement in the room above me.

Our room smelt funny, a mixture of bleach and TCP - yes it was clean but it wasn’t nice. There was also a loud buzzy/humming which was continuous! Lucky I didn’t have to stay more than a few hours! Parking is £12 as well it’s not included which I think is bad!

Fantastic staff, all friendly and helpful, loved the great breakfast, our single beds were a bit soft We couldnt control the AC, was controlled centrally we think. Great evening meal and breakfast. It was too far from Gatwick and cost a lot for the transfer, but we would stay again if it was better located

The Holiday Inn London Gatwick is perfect for Gatwick airport - 15 minutes drive away! It is very clean and comfortable with ample car parking. The rooms are spacious and offer comfortable seating for 2 people! The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was delicious!! A hotel to be recommended!

The location of the hotel is isolated, even the taxi can’t reach to you , only the staff can connect with taxi services , There is a guy from the staff at the reception who treats the guests arrogantly which was not nice

Very nice and modern hotel. We liked the food although portions were a bit small and expensive in the restaurant.

Parking is not included and they charged us a whopping 12 pounds for the only night we stayed, profiting from the fact that you cannot really park in the street anywhere near. Wouldn't go back there just because of that.

The location was great for our early flight at Gatwick. Beds comfortable.

Plug in bathroom sink was snuck, staff were unable to resolve it. Resulted in using the bath to clean teeth and hands

Everything was very good, the only thing is that they do not have transfers to the airport.The room was comfortable, I shared the room with my children and husband, which was excellent for us, but the cleaning ladies did not leave towels for everyone and every day they had to ask for the missing towels. That is a lack of communication or information for the cleaning staff. They did not know how many people were in the room.

Location is great. Not enough tea coffee etc for us as 3 adults in the room. Not enough pillows either, no mattress for the baby travel cot, the one that came with it was really too hard.
