Very pretty foyer with 1920's feel and simple bar. easy walking to everything Temple Bar. Staff were very helpful with any needs I had.

Unfortunately, I was on the very top floor and the elevator was in service so a sour start. To be fair, they fixed the lift that day but I was very surprised how confusing it was to find the room as the place is massive in size. I also found that the noise from outside was clear because you had to keep a window open to not be too hot.

The location was very central, the hotel was pretty and the breakfast was very good.

The pillows were extremely flat and made sleeping uncomfortable. On Friday and Saturday the crowd outside was rowdy and loud. For some reason the temperature was really high at night and we were sweating - but having the window open meant hearing the rowdy crowds. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom that was quite strong and unpleasant and the fan in the bathroom seemed to work on its own volition.

The lounge was so comfortable and cozy!

Excellent location could walk to all attractions. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was also great. Had a lovely comfortable lounge with open fire where you could order drinks or just sit and chill. I don’t normally use hotel lounges but this was so homely

My room was only ready for check in at 4:30 pm. The hotel did store my bags while I waited so I could do things. Also gave me drinks voucher to apologise

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and exceeded expectations when they tracked down my child’s missing toy and returned it to us. Will return!

The Room was very dmall and ylu couldnt get fresh air (only through a supertiny opening to a rarher noisy inner courtyard)

Location was perfect. Excellent proximity to.many attractions. Right near Fleet Street but would never know, hotel.very quiet. Decor was very cool.

the breakfast and lobby were both nice

my room was incredibly disappointing. The room was notably hotter than the hallway; lights flickering before eventually turning on; very dark room with minimal light due to window being onto a concrete wall with trash collected at the bottom of the window. BOTH shower doors were not fully functional. there were various jarring and disruptive loud noises throughout my stay. I was told there would be room service when I checked in after a long day of traveling at 10:30 pm and asked if I would like to keep a card on file. I used the menu which noted there were room service items available from 9pm-6am and called the number at 11 pm once settled in to arrange room service. I was told I could order once another staff member returned then once they returned was told that room service ended at 10pm. No alternatives were suggested to me until I requested and was told Deliveroo. I would usually do a hostel given my budget but decided to treat myself as I was attending an important course in Dublin temple bar area. I asked for recommendations for food in the area and was told the hotel restaurant with no other suggestions and seemingly no care for guest experience or familiarity with the local area. For a 4-Star hotel in central Dublin, I was incredibly disappointed in the amenities and service as I’ve had better amenities and customer service in most hostels.

Foyer was lovely and the staff were lovely all over.

Shower was ok but the switch seemed to be slightly broken. Bed was very comfortable. Dublin prices are insane at present , so in terms of value for money it is hard to say.

A very stylish and sophisticated hotel right in the middle of everything. I loved the cozy lobby and bar, which was a quiet oasis in the heart of the city. I was amazed that we couldn’t hear any noises from the street outside once we were inside the hotel. The staff were wonderful and I highly recommend the breakfast.

The fleet is an awesome spot to stay in dublin. great location and a really cool vibe SUPER clean and beautiful cozy room. would definitely stay here again!
