This little gem of a hotel was exactly what we needed. It is in a perfect location, close to the main part of town and near to a bus stop that you will need if you use Flybus to get too and from the airport. The room was warm, immaculately clean and fresh and had all the facilities we needed. Kettle, tea and coffee and a TV, hair dryer and modern and clean bathroom with all the extras. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bedding was good quality. Breakfast was lovely, home made food and lots of choice. The staff were superb. The reception team were so helpful and helped guide us round town and what excursions to use for value for money and quality. Brilliant place to stay, highly recommended. We will be back!

Breakfast was very good

I liked down pillows. I loved the location--a market close-by, most attractions walking distance, knowledgeable staff going the extra mile, elevator, wine/beer stocked fridge.

Room location facing the Irish Pub. No way to block party and motorbike noise even with down pillows!

Location, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff and good that it provided breakfast.

It is a fairly basic but perfectly adequate hotel.

Once opened our two suitcases, there was no room left to turn around.

I stayed 5 nights and loved everything. Got beautiful corner room with a sea view! The room itself was super comfortable, superbly clean and foremost very warm (it was 5 degrees outside). Breakfasts was humble, sadly nothing warm is served, at least scrummble eggs should be offered, not everyone eats cereal or toast with jam. Hotel crew was super nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is right next to a very noisy Irish pub, every day until 3 in the morning you can hear loud music and drunken shouts. If one needs silence to sleep it is worth having a room on the other side.

Paulo, the night shift receptionist, was polite and helpful, with many insights regarding the city. The location of the establishment is right in the city centre. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of things to choose from.

the breakfast was the same everyday for 5 days. and very few options. in the bathroom it was no heeting so it was very cold to shower. also the room was at the second floor and it was very much noise because of the pub that was across the street. we had to buy earplugs.

We were moved to the Center Hotels Plaza due to renovations at the Klopp. The Plaza overlooks the square which is home to a nightclub. we didn’t get to sleep until 5/6am on two nights
