Difficult communication with personnell, (no even basic command of English, however 3 flags on the desk...), looks not too much involved. Poor, typical French breakfast not worth the money paid. Cappuccino could be really better....

The motel is just a few minutes away from the motor way. We had a very quiet room and it was perfect for our stay.

Above average for a budget hotel. Manager clearly cares and puts extra effort. Most people just use as overnight but we stayed a couple nights as visiting wine regions - good location whether you do Beaujolais Crus or South Burgundy. Quiet Simple rooms but comfortable and AIRCON. Picnic tables available all around which in the summer gives extra space. Dog friendly - the unused road next to the hotel is good for short walks. Breakfast was way better than average for this category, organic produce, jams, coffee all. I noticed accessibility effort around the property too.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. We arrived on foot and the restaurant next door was closed so the wonderful chap on reception offered us a choice of meals that he could prepare in the microwave. The hotel didn’t have to do this, it was a kind and resourceful gesture. The meal was very good!

Manager very pleasant and helpful. We had a room at the back of the hotel that was excellent in terms of unloading car and was also good because it had picnic benches that you could sit at to have a coffee or beer. As it was a very warm, humid evening this was very pleasant and although there are roads nearby it was well shielded. Real value for money.

The location was key, followed by practicalities for dogs and price. Breakfast was good.

The rooms are very small and even more do with dogs and the air conditioning did not work.

Very clean room and modern ensuite, nice breakfast with local farm produce, very nice and helpful owners who care about their guest experience.

very basic but clean, rooms cold, heating not great. beds hard and scratchy blankets and loose sheets that come off the bed! staff sadly don’t speak English either. good location after a week is Les Menuires if you want to break the journey up to Calais.

We arrived late at night and were given a link to unlock the door from outside of the room. On arrival we found our room was the the one in the corner right on the other side in the dark and instead of closing the door it was left open with the key inside. It didn’t seem very safe at all leaving a room completely open in the middle of a dark area at night. Because the door was left open the room was full of all types of insects. We probably only slept 2/3 hours max. Next day we had breakfast which is extremely overpriced for what’s offered and we had to pay also for a “kids breakfast” for my 4 year old who drank 1 cup of apple juice. The price for allowing an animal to stay is also very high, 8euro for what? Not the worst stay but definitely overpriced for what you get.

Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Nice bathroom, quiet aircon. All good.
