Very warm and air conditioner did not work.

The grounds are lovely, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable.

There was no air conditioning in our room and it was so hot! Also the breakfast was not worth £20 each! I've had better in a Premier Inn. Wish we hadn't of had it and wasted our money, as we didn't end up eating much of it.

Location, nice hotel, nice facilities.

Shower in room was awful! For 4 star and £275 for 1 night, the shower was pathetic. Hardly any water pressure/flow. Reported it, they said 'oh, it must have been during a time when others were showering'. Checked later that night, and the following morning when most were at breakfast - no change. Better to use the shower in the pool changing rooms although in the men's, the drains were blocked! Also, received a call (voicemail) after paying Booking.com that if I cancelled and booked directly, we could get breakfast included in the price. A bit late given I booked 10 days before.

great location right near Brockenhurst which is central for everything. Loved the extended patio to enjoy a drink on a sunny day. cocktails are fabulous kudos to Maria and Zara on reception who went over and above.

room 4 can be noisy so ask them to switch off the pool and kitchen fans at night. no bath here which suited us but probably not a family with young children. the kitchen gets overwhelmed quickly when it’s busy - starters to mains in Beresford restaurant took 70 minutes to come. we were busy chatting but I think this is too long for the status of eatery the hotel pitches.

Amazing location, outside and lobby were nice.

No view, dirty toilet, dusty smelly room we had to air out, unclean water glasses, no art and very plain room, broken uncomfortable bed, torn bed linens.

wasn’t clean was a hair in the shower, called reception they said they would send someone up which they did not. scuff marks on walls and bed was torn room hadn’t been hoovered. Had an invoice placed in our room for wine we hadn’t ordered or drunk. for £275 for the night without breakfast I would’ve expected a lot more.
