The breakfast was delicious. The bnb breakfast area was immaculate. The options of cooked breakfasts were great! While there was also cold options for those that prefer that. We loved it! We were told to ‘take out time’ and when enquiring about walking routes nearby, the staff gave us a book with maps and information in. Very accommodating and friendly- we will be recommending to others.

Very welcoming staff. Room and property presented with pride, enthusiasm, professionalism, thought, consideration. Breakfast very adequate. Very central location within town.

The b&b is in a great location for hiking, exploring Ambleside and lake Windermere. We took 2 dogs with us and they where catered for. The onsite parking is great too. The rooms are modern and clean.

it had everything I needed for my holiday & was great location within Ambleside near to centre .
the stairs were a bit of a struggle but I should have inquired about a lower level room .
It was great to have a parking space available in such a busy town - awkward angles to navigate but not a problem you can remedy due to steepness of site.

The staff were kind and considerate and the rooms were large and well furnished. We were allowed facilities to change from our wet clothes, even later in the day after checking out.
TV was hard to operate- confusing controls.

Lovely B&B in a great location. Our room was stylish, spacious enough for our family of 4 and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The bed was super comfy! Room was warm and cosy. Loved having the option of Netflix etc on the tv. Breakfast was great! Overall a wonderful stay!

The service was brilliant. From calling us before arrival to ensure we were on the way, to greeting us with a friendly face and showing us to our room. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and catered to our decaf, non-dairy milk drinking selves.
It would have been great to get told prior to visiting that breakfast would be served on strict time slots. Also having better tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have made the stay that much better.
