The sea views and cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was good quality but a bit restrictive in choice for my taste.

Some wear and tear, pacifically the surface damage to wallpaper where a cabinet used to be situated and on venerable corners. Difficult to obtain water for the kettle given shape of basin.

The Friendly staff. It's a great location.

The hotel was perfectly situated, just off the seafront and right behind the spa complex. The hotel were friendly and helpful welcoming and the service was excellent.

I booked this for a colleague who was coming to work on an event with me. His feedback was that it was really pleasant with a convenient location. Very welcoming staff. Clean, comfy well-appointed room.

Nothing was a problem.

Too expensve, shower over bath mixer taps, toast at breakfast mouldy ,check in far too late most other places for less money two o clock. Only good thing was parking was free and nice view. Prob wouldent stay again when in brid.ps only one socket in room,bit strange.

The cost of the overall thing 139 for a one night stay is a bit steep in my opinion. The breakfast was a shambles for a traditional breakfast you got 1 bit of bacon 1 sausage 1 egg 1 spoon full of beans and half grilled tomato The restaurant staff took 15 minutes to see if we were ready to order I don't think I'll be staying again

The staff were excellent - very friendly and willling to help. Francesca especially was great!

When booking the website / information said all rooms were accessible by lift. This is not correct and should be amended.

At £140 a night I would have expected breakfast to be included in the price..

The room was freezing cold even though the heating was on but wasn't fully hot Had to ring the hotel as the night staff didn't answer the night bell after I pressed it 10 times

Very helpful and friendly staff especially on reception. Made to feel very welcome. Good entertainment in the evening. Great location and excellent value.

This was our second stay here and unfortunately the breakfast was not as good as it was on our previous stay. They have coach parties staying and as we travelled independently we were asked by reception not to go down to breakfast until 8:30 as everyone goes at 8 and it is extremely busy. This suited us fine, however I think the breakfast must be all cooked at the same time because by the time we got ours it was cold and dry! I don't even think the staff were aware that we were there, I had to ask to be served, they were too busy clearing away from the coach parties tables to notice us. Apart from this we had a lovely stay!

We had booked this as it stated it had a car park, when we arrived the car park was reserved for coaches, therefore we had to pay to park on the street outside.
