Pas grand chose
Chambre non nettoyée, très bruyante.Restauration moyenne emmenée et réchauffée sur place car pas de cuisine.
Aucun geste commercial alors que la chambre n'était pas propre.

Staff was friendly. Generally clean. Lobby was nice.
Room was hot. Staff said there was nothing they can do. Asked us to open the window. But the room was on the first floor. People can just climb in.

Close to the centre, supermarket and cafeterias, it has a small refrigerator and a kettel including tea or coffee what is really good. Bed is really confortable and the room perfect. I only missed a gym in the hotel or something close where I can go by day.

The bed was comfy and front end staff friendly
Everything else. The hotel was useless and didn’t provide the facilities advertised. No pool bar, no restaurant or bar open at the weekend. Pool looked about 20 years old with a filthy dirty edge and the water was dirty with algae in it, plants all dead around pool, ashtrays full of disgusting cigarettes by the sun loungers, carpet dirty and stained in bedroom, nowhere to hand towels in the bathroom. Hotel is in a horrible area and the building a complete eyesore.
Was told the pool bar would be open at 4pm, if that wasn’t late enough, it never actually opened. Was then told if you wanted drinks or snacks whilst by the pool, that you had to walk inside to the hotel bar and order from there. If this isn’t ridiculous enough whilst wearing a wet swimming costume, the one time I tried, there was no one in the bar and it was all closed up.
It was like going to a hotel during Covid times, or even worse, during an episode of the walking dead!
Over £500 for 3 nights in this disgusting place with literally nothing out of its apparent 4 stars to offer is ridiculous and we feel very ripped off. I want a partial refund @booking.com!!!

disappointed that the chekc in staff did not know what i had been charged for the room in advances in my debit card. and then charged me again on a credit card. I am now waiting for it to be creditors back

We enjoyed the large sized room and bathroom which was unlike other rooms we stayed in during our European vacation. We also enjoyed having a bar downstairs and free parking on the weekend.
We did not like the carpet in the bedroom - it had some stains. Also, it was a long walk to the city centre.

- the layout of the room - we had a larger family room
- the air conditioning was substandard - we complained & moved rooms but was still terrible. Said it was 18 in the room but more like 30 deg - we complained to Best Western France & nothing heard.
- a bunch of Italian musicians stayed for 2 of our four days and ate all the breakfast buffet from 8-10am - nothing left for a small family. Some of the staff felt bad for us and gave us some croissants.
- I asked for restaurant recommendations and was dismissed. No directions & staff very dismissive.
- did I mention that we stayed all over Spain & France and decided to spend a bit more in Aix. $AUD 500 a night versus all the others more like $ AUD 200/300 & we were very underwhelmed with the extra that we paid. We were very upset. We let the staff know & they gave us 2 free beers. Still disappointing.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a huge bed. Air conditioning was very much appreciated. And it was great to have a pool, and be able to cool down in the humidity.
Oddly, there was nowhere to hang towels, or anything in the bathroom. The hotel was very frugal with their bathroom provisions, such as bodywash and tissues.
Not the best view from the window, but I suppose it is to be expected from a business hotel, and being slightly out of the centre.

This hotel was everything we expected. The staff were lovely. So helpful and friendly. It was a short walk to the center. We would definitely return to this hotel. We were very impressed particularly with the staff. This is indeed a lovely hotel to stay in.
The only thing was that the hotel did not do any food, even a sandwich but this is only a small thing.

My fridge was broken and they took a while to get back to me. They told me on my last night they will give me a compensation when I checked out. When I checked out — they told me they couldn’t because I prepaid and I didn’t spend any additional $ on parking or breakfast. They offered me complimentary breakfast but we were already tight on time for a tour - communication should have been better. Next time - should be told breakfast will be complimentary ahead of time instead of last minute when it’s too late. Also should have been told earlier fridge was not fixable and can use reception fridge earlier — that would have made the stay more enjoyable

The hotel is getting on in years and should be urgently renovated. In the bathroom the shower floor is like an ice rink. Showering is only possible if you hold on to the faucets!

The room was spacious and very clean. it was serviced each day, and water and coffee were provided. large bathroom with all amenities. I couldn’t fault it.
