Everything was great. Staff were amazing and really helpful. Great co operation and respomse time. Would reccommend this stay to anyone.

a perfect location for families, just the right distance from the town centre. our apartment had everything, even a washer/dryer, which they supplied a couple of tablets for ( perfect for travel with a 3 year old) it was exceptionally clean and all little details were thoroughly thought about, sponge, washing up liquid, teas, coffees, toiletries etc. the beds were really comfortable with crisp white bedding. the staff are friendly, attentive and kind. would 100% recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

The size of apartment was good for small family . The staff were helpful. The cleanliness was upto standard .

The kitchen sink was always smelly . The neighbors were load with many kids and their cooking smells in the corridor we had 2 fire alarm because of that. The Alarm system should be attended immediately as it kept going on for longer than it should be . I suggest a trained staff should always be their in the reception 24 hrs.

location just outside of town in a great area, secure parking and great staff. The lady that checked us in was fantastic throughout our stay.

Friendly reception, very helpful with the check in, and sorting out our parking. Spacious little apartment, the main bed is comfortable. Great location, within walking distance to Robin Hood statue, Nottingham castle, as well as the city center.

The shower was weak and sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Our room was right above a park tunnel, so we heard a lot of drunk people noise during the night (we stayed over a weekend)

cleaning was not everyday, and i need to request for that the water in the bathroom not warm (its old, i need to open the cold and the hot one )- i think it should be changed

the staff were extremely nice and helpful

when i was notified about the once at week cleaning i expected a deep clean ; but was surprised it was nothing more than changing the trash and mopping the floor of the bathroom? which was still not cleaned properly as you can see some mold on the side of the floor , bathtub and the sink. and the carpet need to be professionally vacuumed as i walk in the apartment “leaving my shoes next to the entrance “ that the bottom of my feet was a bit black and i make wudoa and wash my feet daily which only can be associated with how clean is the carpet?

excellent property, value for money and clean and very spacious for a group of people staying. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Nottingham.

on Google Maps it looks like there is a park just in front of the entrance for the dogs; unfortunately there is not one bit of green grass open for public nearby! it was hot as hell in the room, especially the bathroom, even after turning down the radiator

The location was good the underground secure parking was amazing and was easy to get to by car ..Good for shopping events etc ..really good sized accomadation and excellent price really looked after

All was very good

Great location, close to theatre and car parking (at extra cost but saved hassle of meters). Only 1 night but could have happily stayed longer. Would use SACO again.

Personal choice but I do like a memory foam pillow - but that's just me.

The apartment was beautiful. Clean and bright. Everything you needed. Teamaking facilities. Friendly greeting from the lovely ladies at the desk. Lovely atmosphere, big comfy double bed and sofa bed. Very impressed. More than we imagined. Highly recommended. Sad we only stayed overnight for a graduation ceremony.

There was nothing to dislike
