Very central to the seafront, pier and only a short 10minute walk to the shops, cinema and local Wetherspoons. Found the hotel staff very helpful and polite.

only a minor moan in that the lift seem to have a mind of its own, not very reliable at times.

The location albeit a bit noisy from road, was perfect . The breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly.

The price was a bit steep, especially after talking to other people whilst out and about.

location was excellent. really thoughtful to upgrade our room knowing it was our wedding anniversary. we were so impressed with the room and the lovely chocolates - thank you! Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful very clean room.

obviously being town centre the road was very noisy. The room key had our room number and hotel name on, just not great if you lose the key whilst outside.

Great value. Excellent location and great breakfast. Staff were also great, and posted me an item that I had forgotten

We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The room was very comfortable and scrupulously clean. The breakfast was delicious offering a great selection of hot and cold options. The hotel is ideally located just a few yards from the beach and pier. Being able to arrange parking across the road for a reasonable charge was great.

Only minor quibble is that the service for dinner in the Crab restaurant was a little on the slow side.

the hotel is in the perfect location, the staff are so friendly and the room was clean and tidy.

the room was unbearably hot. we visited after the heatwave, so temp was 20 degrees outside, however the room must have been 30+ degrees. the window only opens a couple of inches allowing no fresh air in at all. being 38 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old as well, none of us had any sleep. there was a fan provided but this did little to help. everything else was perfect except this, and going for a nice night away from home you expect a comfortable nights sleep but I just wanted to be in my own bed

Location and staff were great and the cleanliness.

The noise was unbearable and we had requested a double room but 2 beds had been joined to create a double bed and it was uncomfortable to sleep on them.
