Access to the main pool was easy and bbq facilities were very clean.
The WiFi is terrible! In 2024 providing sub standard WiFi to guests who rely on it to do work is just not good enough.
The master bedroom has a connecting bathroom with a wooden at separation that does not give any privacy. Meaning the toilet is effectively in your bedroom.

The layout of the apartment is good, nice and spacious
A lot of the cutlery in the drawer had food on them and we had to re wash almost all of them.
There was only 1 frying pan and it was very used so everything stuck to it.
There was no cleaning equipment - no surface spray or anything to clean the induction hobs or counter tops with but there was a poster saying there was a $50 fine for an unclean apartment?
The apartment had crumbs all over the surfaces upon arrival.
We had a cockroach greet us in the cupboard upon arrival, and we had 2 cockroaches come up an unused drain in the bathroom, which we had to cling film to stop anymore coming in.
Apartment was poorly stocked.
Tv was so old and didn’t work so could only watch a black screen and no channels.

Pool right outside the balcony. Location to the overall purpose of the trip was ideal. Location to amenities at Trinity Beach was great. The deck was very nice and the outdoor was also nice.
Place looked very tired. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom needs a good clean and re-designed. Internet connection was pathetic and overall reception at this area was disappointing. The reception is not the fault of the place but the internet connection should have been much better at this day an age.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location: near to beach, car rental, bus stop, convenience store and decent restaurants. A great location from which to get to attractions in and around Cairns. Loved the beach and trail. We were very comfortable in the apartment and my kids loved it.

Enjoyed being on the 2nd floor with a balcony - almost lived on the balcony.
With being on the 2nd floor and open plan apartment meant lots of light in apartment.
Close to the beach.
Wished the gym had wifi.
I imagine that some would wish that they had better coffee making facilities for a long stay.

complicated layout of buildings and hard to find my building in the dark ( arrived at night) couldn’t find the numbers on the buildings to locate my room. No one around to help

We were upgraded to a larger apartment overlooking the main swimming pool and lagoon which was great especially as my husband was not well.

The location to everything we wanted to do was great.
The smelly foyer outside our room. The noisy next door neighbour kept waking us at different times of morning and night with noisy slamming doors as he came and went.

The room was great, large and separate bathrooms were a bonus. Fully airconditioned and very comfortable.
The pool area was in a great location with good cooking facilities and very clean and tidy.
I hove nothing negative to say about our stay.

It is a nice hotel with good facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Check out at 10am was a bit early, could be a bit later.

Ground floor 1 bedroom suite with kitchen adjacent superb pool with parking nearby, short walk to beach, shops, tavern and restaurants
Fridge isolating power switch in kitchen failed returning contents to room temperature; intense rainstorm resulted in localised flooding causing air to backcharge through the sewer pipework (however due to natural causes unavoidable)

The apartment is good sized, pool connectivity to the apartment is excellent, little kangaroos around the place. AC's fans are in excellent condition
The bed is a bit uncomfortable, No kitchen towels, and the Utensils are ok.

We didn’t have breakfast
No where to put our suitcases at easy height to get in and out of easily. It was difficult always reaching to the ground especially as I have a back condition and has trouble bending. The TV could have been on the wall enabling us to use the bench for our suitcases. Had difficulty getting up the step to access the lift. We would have liked fresh bath towels

The location was amazing. lots of food places and great beach. The pool areas, the walks around the place, how clean and how well it is air conditioned. it was amazing

Lovely studio with everything you need and excellent location.
The WiFi didn't work properly and I wanted to rest in the afternoon, and some maintenance team came to fix the outdoor fan
