I liked the pool and the water temperature. I also thought the staff was super nice and friendly.
I thought the room was a little dated, but I knew that was the case coming in, so I was not surprised or disappointed. The elevators had a strange odor, like of burnt wood or something.

Great staff! Very friendly people who try to help with any question. The food was also very tasty.
Terrible condition of the room and the hotel itself. Everything is very old and in poor condition. The shower was very dirty and the rug stank badly…

Practically nothing. A terrible experience
On arrival at the hotel we immediately encountered problems. We wanted to change the booking, the hotel staff refused to help us, saying that only booking can make changes. We had to call support, which is very expensive when roaming. Further the hotel staff tried to increase the cost of the hotel by almost 1000 USD, although the voucher was the final cost. Again we had to call booking support. The rooms were very old, the hotel had not been renovated for a long time, the bathroom was scary to use. In general the hotel was definitely not like a 5 star hotel with a room rate of 500 USD per night (it was executive suits:-) supposed to be best in hotel). We wanted to check out early and had to call support again. All in all awful.

Breakfast was mediocre, not a single piece of anything was served, this being a 5 star hotel seems unacceptable.
Too expensive room service food.
Too expensive by-the-pool food.
Too low employees/children ratio in the playroom.
Valet parking bringing our car deciding to set air conditioning in its lowest temperature for a 50m drive was totally unnecessary.
Need to leave a credit card pre charged amount if you want to get food/drinks charged to you room.

Hospitality, facilities, Las Barcas restaurant staff , food and service. Amazing breakfast and very comfortable. Very kind staff and well educated attmosphere.
Well, in the room you have two books 1) Mormon religion book 2) New testament religion book... I think that having The Christian Bible will make a difference.

Everything was amazing!!! great room, despite the fact that we are vegan, the breakfast had different options for all of us. Reception and Bar personal were very kind !!!
