TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED! We were a group of 13 people staying in the city for work. We booked deluxe double rooms based on the photos from Booking.com, expecting elegant, spacious rooms with balconies. However, upon arrival, I was given a room without a balcony, located in a corner of the hotel with a view of a cleaning courtyard. To make matters worse, in one of the rooms, a spider appeared (it looked like a tarantula!). When we approached the reception to address the issues, we were treated terribly—arrogantly, even—by the staff, who told us that the deluxe rooms had already been assigned to other guests. I asked why our booking had been accepted if those rooms were already allocated, and suddenly, the receptionist ignored me and started working on her computer. Absolutely unbelievable. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. And believe me, we travel extensively for work and have been all over the world.

ROOM SIZE WAS GOOD...BUT ITS FURNITURE WAS DARK AND UNPLEASANT!!...WAS VERY ILL-LIT!!!..COULDN'T MOVE AROUND COMFORTABLY!!....NO GOOD LIGHTING AT ALL!!...OUTSIDE SCAFOLDS BLOCKED OUR VIEW...COULDN'T USE BALCONY

Friendly and helpful staff and great location everything was walking distance and they also have a deal for public transportation and ski slope also love the lobby very cute for the holidays

Le personnel de la Pizzeria est vraiment très sympathique

La chambre est vraiment très spartiate. La salle de bain minuscule, le pommeau de douche ne restait pas en place, les serviettes petites, il n’y a pas de gant de toilette et le gel douche est difficile à faire sortir du flacon. La lunette des toilettes était branque ballante. La télécommande marchait très mal. Mauvaise isolation nous entendions la télé de la chambre à côté. La chambre située au premier, on a entendu le trafic routier une bonne partie de la nuit. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est réduit au minimum et les produits pas de grande qualité. Les chaises nues en bois sont très inconfortables seules banquettes sont rembourrés. L’adepte du check out était d’une indifférence consternante pour un Hotel.

La habitación que me dieron no tenía internet, pedí que me cambiaran a otra. La almohada era pequeña y bajita Hacía calor y no tenía aire acondicionado La habitación y pasillos del hotel eran estaban muy obscuros …

Convenient location, nice room, good parking in their car park

Pillows a little too soft, well insulated, so a little warm for a summer stay, thus had to open balcony door a little, but then had traffic noise. Air conditioning would have helped.

Amazing staff, tasty breakfast, comfortable room, great spa! We stay 4 nights, definitely will be back again soon. Absolutely worth the money! Thanks, we had wonderful time!

Hotel Piz St. Moritz was very cool. Great vibe. We had dinner at the restaurant after cruising up to St. Moritz Center. Great Meal! The room was excellent. The bar was chic and hip. Need to spend more time down there! Great Reception Team!

Well, there was construction going on. A new elevator being installed (I think). A bit noisy and hectic. But, that is to be expected when refurbishing/improving a hotel. No big deal. Parking could be a bit lower in price. But, the parking itself was nice.
