Die Räumlichkeiten waren an sich schön, sauber und ansprechend. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hatte das, was man brauchte. Gutes Rührei!

Wir wurden wider Erwarten weniger freundlich begrüsst... Die Receptionistin verstand uns mehrere Male falsch, wollte andere Beträge abrechnen und war auch sonst nicht ganz bei der Sache (meinte auch, sie sei noch an etwas anderem dran...). Der Checkin hat dann mehr als 20min gedaueret und danach war immer noch nicht alles geregelt. Ich hatte mehrere Stunden davor angerufen, um anzumelden, dass mein Freund nun doch mitkommt und dennoch war das Zimmer nur für eine Person vorbereitet. Der Spa Bereich ist zwar von 8-21uhr offen, doch muss man vor 20uhr rein und erst ab 11uhr ist die Sauna aufgeheizt...

Zimmer und Wellnessbereich sind frisch renoviert, sehr schön und modern! Wir waren zum Biken dort und konnten ganz bequem unsere Bikes waschen, im großzügigen Veloraum abstellen und unsere schmutzige Ausrüstung direkt in einem Spind lagern. Top! Restaurant (Pizzeria) und Frühstücksbuffet sind hervorragend, große Auswahl und zuvorkommendes Personal! Nicht nur im Restaurant, auch die MitarbeiterInnen an der Rezeption und Bar sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, sogar mit unseren Bikewunden konnten wir zum Verarzten vorbeikommen, dafür nochmal ein großes Dankeschön! :) Lage: Für Biker optimal gelegen, und im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels kann man hier auch noch kostenlos parken! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Das Folgende ist Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau: Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte sich durch die Kirchenglocken gestört fühlen, die doch recht laut zu hören sind, gerade im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster! Etwas verwinkelte Gänge, man kann sich am ersten Tag schon mal verlaufen, wenn man im Neubau gelandet ist :D dafür hat man es dann zum Spabereich nicht weit, was super ist!

Room was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. We found the pool to be excellent for the kids, they loved it. Just in front of the hotel there was a ski rental shop which was very convenient. Parking was easy and free in front of the hotel.

rooms were very nice, swimming pool too and the location as the bus stop is literally around the corner. I also liked the ski room a lot 👍🏼 also, the beds were amazing, loved the pillows!!

breakfast was ok but would have been better if you serve the eggs outside and not having to order it. same with the coffee.

The SPA is magnificent. The Pizzeria Place & the Tavern is really great (Food, drinks & atmosphere). The free shuttle to Lenzerheide at request is a well-received bonus.

The extra charge as a "tourist tax" is a robbery. The Lenzerheide / Valbella / Parpan / Arosa should have a city card to award some facilities like pedestrian lift pass, entry to attractions, bus between locations, etc., like in many other Swiss Areas. Even Scuol has it.

The hotel staff, including cleaning staff were all so helpful& lovely,there is a really nice sauna& steam room area also. The location of the hotel is ideal for ski school

very comfortable, very nice room and very clean. food is pretty good

breakfast was a bit chaotic, difficult to get coffees , not a lot of smiles on the faces of staff.

The room was very good, clean and modern. The bathroom had a bit of old style as for me. The spa area is new and great. Allows for relaxing after a skiing day.

The main lobby had a "smoker lounge". Even though it is separated but every time someone enters or exists the smoke escapes. So when sitting in the bar area, there is always a smoke smell around you.
