We stayed 4 nights, the hotel is new and modern, the staff excellent. Big breakfast and dinner buffet, tasty and quality food. Easy access and free parking. The pool clean and quiet but also public beach nearby. Great escape, we will came again.

The supply of free coffee tablets on the room was not daily but per stay.

Couldn’t recommend the hotel more highly. The rooms are high tech with lighting options and electric curtains, it’s such a wonderful touch! Sensational food at Aleria restaurant - the chef is a creative genius and the desserts are so beautiful to look at (and taste). Tamas is fantastic and very accommodating - a great Guest relations Manager. Everyone was very smiley, helpful, kind and accommodating across the hotel! Easily the nicest place in Ayia Napa, if not on the whole island. 10/10 would recommend.

The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the taxi they ordered me at the very end! This isn’t a reflection of the hotel, though!!

The spa was fully booked for all days during our stay and that was disappointing. The hotel was new and the staff sometimes seemed confused. We also asked for a breakfast package when we leave early in the morning and they forgot to do so.

As avid travelers we are very pleased with the entire experience at this great upscale hotel. All staff is super friendly from reception, restaurant, pool etc.. we were always welcomed with a bright smile and super positive attitude. Rooms and all public areas are super clean and even at day of season closing they washed all floors and terraces. The food in the pool bar and also buffet dinner & breakfast restaurant has really high quality with a very broad variety every day. Just like 5 star service and quality. Spacious pool area with stunning views to the sea side. Perfect location with 3min walk to beach and 15 min walk to the restaurant and party area in Ayia Nappa. Our tip is you should def go for a room with either full or partial sea view, the view is worth it the extra money 😎

The only one room for improvement we have is the very cold pool temperature, not sure if it’s on purpose but after 10min you just need to get out of it bcs it’s definitely not more than 20celsius….while the sea had 26 Celsius still at end of October.

The staff were so genuinely welcoming, warm & ensure their guests have all they need. The hotel is elegant and very comfortable, just 2mins walk to one of the loveliest beaches and only a few mins by car to all the rest of the best beaches! Breakfast was divine and dinner at Ezra just delicious. highly recommend
