ロケーションがよく 一人でも 夜でもすぐ出かけられて困らなかった。ソウル市内 どこに行くにも便利だった。館内は静かだった。

朝の食事に 韓国風なもの（お粥 チゲ ククスetc）がもっとあれば よかった。 お茶も置いて欲しかった。

ロケーションが最高で、観光や食事どこにいくにも大変便利だった。朝食もおいしかった。

円安の影響もあったが値段が高かった。２泊で１０万円を超えた。

Location , location , location !! Staff were all great from check in to check out . Loved to club access and the included breakfast was FANTASTIC.

The room was way too HOT - 27-29 Celsius ! Moved to a 25 Celsius room with a fan and an open window - still too hot and no INDIVIDUAL room control - all central control .

2泊3日でお世話になりました。 お部屋は、他の口コミにあるような窮屈を感じることはなく、むしろ少し余裕がありました。三万円(2024年1月レート)で立地とこの部屋であればとてもお得な気がします。 今回は利用しませんでしたが、その他の施設は、地下に大浴場、1階と最上階にレストラン、ラウンジがありました。 また、ホテルの前に24時間営業のコンビニがあります。 日本語が話せるスタッフが常駐しているので、外国語が不安な方でも安心して滞在できるかと思います。

時々、バスルームの方から、下水の匂いが上がってきますが、扉を閉めていれば全く臭うことはないです。

The place is the perfect location for Seoul sightseeing. It is very convenient and easy to go shopping, to the Church ⛪️, to the beautiful street foods and plenty of stands. It is comfortable to have a walk even late in the night. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. What we loved most in this hotel was the massage. We booked a massage on our last night, and that was fantastic and relaxing. If we only knew ahead that it was so good, we should have booked many times. Keep up the good work 👍💖

We find the carpet uncomfortable because it has a lot of stain.

洗面所が狭い。

The room is big and so is the bed. It is amazingly clean from pillow, bedsheet to toilets. The staff are friendly.

There is no sugar for the coffee and tea.

立地はとても良く、観光、食事、買い物に行くのにはとても良いロケーションでした。部屋も外が賑やかなわりには静かでした。フロントの方は日本語で対応して頂き、とても良かったです。

Room was serviced every day

Located in Central Myeongdong, CU store just opposite and street food booths are just down the road. Very nearby to the bus stops that we needed to go to and near the train station as well! The staff are friendly and are able to speak in English for assistance.

The breakfast spread was very minimal and it was on the pricier side. Could have had a shuttle/transfer to the main train stations because the roads leading to hotel were very rocky. Hard to drag the luggage up.

Location. Quiet. Lovely lobby.

Room was small and packed with so much furniture we had to store some of it in the wardrobe. Poor provisions of tea/coffee etc just water.

There is no socket or USB at the bedside. Bathroom very cramp.

The location was unbeatable - right in the heart of Myeongdong - yet the property was a quiet oasis in the midst of the action. The rooms were extremely clean and cleaned daily by friendly housekeeping staff.

The rooms were small and in need of updating. The front desk staff, while polite, needed a bit more training (e.g., we asked for a replacement key when we lost ours and were about to be charged for it until a manager intervened. )

The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly! Especially the training guy and the parking guys! So helpful and kind!!

Cleanliness of the room can be improved

I love the location. Very near to myeongdong and subway station. Staff were very helpful and english speaking. Check in process was fast and efficient.

After covid they don't even serve you water in lobby, despite is summer heat. Didnt expect this from 4 star hotel. Staff is least helpful if you request anything. All they know is to say no to everything you can ask.

Great location, night market is right outside of the hotel. Spacious room, clean, very comfortable. Great place to stay after long flight.
