Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby area had a welcoming ambiance and seemed to promise a luxurious stay ahead.

While the room was clean and well-maintained, it was noticeably smaller than what I had anticipated for the price I paid for my stay. The room's description and images on the hotel's website and booking platforms showcased a more spacious setting, but in reality, it felt quite cramped. The lack of space became particularly apparent when unpacking my luggage and trying to move around freely within the room. It felt as though there was hardly enough room to lay out my belongings comfortably.

Location was perfect. Directly In front of a metro station that is on a perfect line (green line and goes through most touristic places) and it’s located next to Myeongdong which is perfect for night market and shopping and as well the hotel is directly connected to Lotte Mall which was very convenient. We had an issue with our airport transport on the first day and our luggage were dropped at the wrong hotel, we didn’t even need to communicate with the chauffeur company, the hotel took care of it and it arrived in minutes.

We had issues with the AC as we love our rooms to be cold and the elevators would take time sometimes especially during rush hours.

Conveniently located. Immediate access to train station and short distance to myeongdong area.

bathtub not convenient for older folks, some taps have pressure issue or hot water issue. front desk service quite lacking for a hotel of this stature. Certain corners were dusty, like top glass panel of the pantry area and tables. Seems like lack of staff to do room service, one of the days I came back at about 5.45pm and they just started with my room.

Beautiful decor, great location, shower excellent water pressure strong. Rooms were great we stayed in the Deluxe double. Room was great

The sink bathrooms do not drain properly. Just wish there was a place to sit, and leisurely hang out in the lobby area. Don’t mind drinking coffee and ordering snacks but at a decent price.

Superb location, two steps away from Myeong-dong and public transportation. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, housekeeping staff was super nice. In-room dining was very good.

Amenities such as toothbrushes/toothpaste were not made available for free. Hotel rooms are a bit run down, could use a facelift. There are no sitting areas in the lobby.

النظافه التنظيف سئ جدا اصابني الربو وتعرضت لازمه حاده بسبب كم التراب وعدم تنظيف خلف السواتر لان لا احد يرى هذه المناطق فلا ينظفونه وحتى لا يتعبون انفسهم فيه

部屋は広くて快適。4人で泊まりましたが全員が同じ意見で、とにかくベッドの寝心地が最高！でした。

部屋の照明が暗すぎて、もう少し明るくなるといいなと思いました。どちらか片方だけなら問題ないですが、浴槽とシャワーの場所が離れていて若干不便でした。お掃除に関して、床にこぼしてしまったことをメモを書いて置いておきましたがきちんと掃除されておらず、スリッパの裏が汚れることがありました。補充品のコーヒーとスリッパの数が足りていない日がありました。ロッテホテルだからこそ少し残念でした。

Location was the winning point when we chose this hotel. Room is clean and staff were polite.

The room is pretty small, and the lights were too dim..very hard to do packing at night.

The location was splendid and very convenient to go to Myeondong street for shopping and for a wide variety of food. Lotte mall is connected to the hotel too, you can access lotte duty free and the food avenue easily. In terms of room size, it would have been great if the family room for 3 people was slightly bigger. It was very helpful that all the hotel staff we met could speak fluent English. Additionally, I really liked the gym, though it was pretty crowded but it is big gym.

I wish the price was more competitive. There are other hotel options in the vicinity ... probably just as convenient in terms of the location and is cheaper.

Staff is very welcoming and location is a most. You can access the subway from inside the hotel and the shopping center if that’s the case or the myeondong market by just crossing through the subway.

Amenities, accessibility and views from inside and out

Liked the location. Connected to an upscale department store. Few minutes walk to street food and shops scene in Myeongdong.

Can’t find fault with the hotel. Only minor letdown was the unavailability of a Nespresso machine in their rather opulent rooms.

Friday evening at 8pm, there is apart from the bar 'snacks' no restaurant serving dinner.

Bath room is so small and there is no shower booth and inconvenience.

The room curtains should have blackout. The son light comes through.
