We booked a king room with kitchen and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Very central location - walk to restaurants, shops and cafes within a few minutes. Staff amazing

Really great location near the Kiwi conservation centre. Very big unit with plenty of room to move. A really comfy King Size bed is included. There is also a single if you had a third person travelling with you. Staff were fantastic as well. Very quiet and it also a short walk to restaurants and cafes. There is also a restaurant next door which is excellent.

Plumbing was a bit weird in the bathroom vanity sink whereby the cold would change from freezing to piping hot and back to cold each time it was used.

Clean, quiet and had no dramas.

Super close to the main street of Fran Joseph. Short 2 min walk to the restaurants, supermarket and most of the activity HQs. Just opposite to the Kiwi wildlife center. Has electric fireplace, electric blankets. Parking right outside apartment. Check in counter was accessible and easy.

Room slightly older. Dining seats were worn with torn covers. Older TV, lower resolution TV feed.

The Terrace is just located at the center of the town. Facilities were adequate for us for one night and perhaps the washroom/shower was newly renovated and good water pressure if I remember correctly. Managed to capture a little bit of milky way at night and good location to view the snowy mountain while eating breakfast the next morning.

Cannot recall anything.
