No tenía plancha y la caja fuerte no funcionaba. Pudo haber tenido más artículos de aseo.

Que la habitación solo me pusiero una toalla y aparte al día siguiente no lo cambiaron me dejaron la misma ,la habitación no quedó limpia

La unicacion

No estan pendientes de rellenar el shampoo, el jabon, y las toallas no las dan completas, hay que recordarles para que hagan estas cosas.

I was automatically upgraded The breakfast spread was good and the room was very spacious. The staff was quite friendly & helpful.

I was tired the 1st day as I checked-in during mid night and requested for breakfast as a take away. I was extremely disappointed to see the items packed. Just a couple of bread slices and 3 fruits while there are so many good items for breakfast :-(

Getting out of there

Everything - we arrived as normal but it took 30 minutes to check-in despite there being no queue. Finally we were told where our room was so went (we booked the "Premium Double Room with View and Terrace" with views of the mountain), unfortunately there was no terrace and no mountain view (we had a view of the road instead). We went back down to reception so they could put us in the correct room...another 30 minutes goes by but at last they tell us another room is ready. We go up to the room and there are 4 people inside cleaning, not the impression you want. There was also no terrace again. We go back downstairs once more, after another 30 minutes they eventually tell us that they don't have any rooms available that we booked, hence they put us in a different room (twice). On top of all this, they really didn't care or understand, and were barely apologetic. In total an hour and a half later, we left and went back home. Terrible experience, will never again book with NH.

what Horrible experience at this hotel i usually dont write reviews but on this one i felt compelled i arrived on 13 sep and booked to stay at 22 on the 15th i went down to reception and informed them that i would be going for few days and will be back bear in mind i already paid up until 22 so when i came on 18th in evening to go back to my room i was told my room was given to someone else and i was checked out! i explained to them how could they check me out when i paid to stay until 22 and i still have few days? they said they made a big mistake i also had belongings in that room and they would not allow me to get them so i lost hundreds pounds worth of items i would advise anyone going to this hotel be careful your room could be checked out at anytime!

Facilities . Free room upgrade after giving us the wrong room . Food taste . Value for money .

Lack of English from staff . Little broken things in room . Service very slow . Drinks never available or take an hour to arrive . Gave wrong room to 3/4 rooms we booked and didn’t tell us until we saw and came back to complain , very dishonest and rude .

Big rooms, clean, confortable

Air conditioner in room was set to a standard temperature that was too hot. I even called for assistance and the guy coudn't help. If I opened the window at sleeptime, it was too noisy outside. Also we were 2 in the room and room service always brought food and beverages for two but with cutlery and napkins for one. Even asking for extra, they never did it right.

The air condition can not heat.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. On Sunday they have a special brunch with even more food variety and music. Front desk employees were helpful when needed. Room was nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Sometimes service at restaurant was lacking.
