The staff and the cleanliness was top notch. The team of Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations. Akash at the front desk was very helpful and professional.

Lovely big room with comfy bed. Had everything we needed. Rooftop pool is fantastic. Executive room offers free drinks ( not cocktails as stated in booking.com site) for 2 hours in evening plus nibbles in executive lounge. All very nice. Bar on ground floor also really nice with singer in evening. Really good security

Location is great for airport but area around didn’t look so good so we didn’t venture out but as only 1 night stay it didn’t matter

The room was smelly. On top of that I had categorically asked for a quiet room, I was allotted the room almost next to the elevator? Please explain under what circumstance will the room next to the elevator be considered as "quiet"? I don't think anyone is even looking at our special requests? The mattress could also be much better, shower flooded the bathroom - the shower door does not close completely.........

Double occupancy should be given 2 towels ...if it is green hotel...plz charge green rates too ...and same buffet spread everyday...with flies on the food ...

Meal was very tasty and healthy. Location is in crowded area otherwise excellent experience

nice clean gud , breakfast buffet is gud and sheff rave is gud, manager is nice.

staff not friendly, welcoming drinks serve only, whom reception staff think they r fit to have respect according to their standard. rest they don’t care, staff is worst. I will not suggest to go second time.

Hotel is clean and beautiful. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kajol was very helpful and assisted us throughout our stay. Food was very good. Excellent hospitality.

Over all i didn't like much things but yes the ambience was good.

Food was not good we have ordered chickens twice or thrice but all the time it was half cooked. My colleagues was jain & asked for pasta twice & pasta was also half cooked. so basically when a costumer seats in 5* hotel the food should be at that quality.
