The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the location was perfect - far enough from the main road, still close to the beach. We enjoyed having a kitchen in our suite and a pool right outside.

The beds were hard and the pillows extremely lumpy, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

it broke my heart seeing fish and turtle tank crowded they need to relocate some to another place, pool needs to be repair and they have no control of noice next to the hotel, we had loud music until 12 Am we couldn’t sleep

Breakfast is not included unless you're reserve it with breakfast. Otherwise it will be 12 dollars each day. Very good breakfast. Nice pool which needs to be re-tiled. Rooms in second floor have Netflix. Rooms on 3rd floor don't have nettlix.

The staff was fantastic. The whole place was very clean, the pool was kept up daily and it was in a very pretty location. A short walk to the beach and up the other way some good restaurants and a couple of little food markets where you could get everything you need. The room kitchen was a little under whelming, but the staff were very accommodating, providing an extra pan and a coffee maker

I loved the fact that it was close to a lot of activites great staff and people staying there everything was great. Close to transportation bus and taxi. Also close to lots of beaches and rivers. Great location if you like to hike rivers quads zip lining amazing views

The only thing is that is far from el centro de vallarta its about 35 to 45 min. If you are looking for the night life but day time great area.

Small local hotel a short walk from the beach and the beach restaurants. With a few exceptions, it was a quiet place to stay and we enjoyed listening to the birds. The staff were all very nice and helped get us an extra chair and a sharp knife. Rosio at the front desk and Jesus in the restaurant were great. The resident dog, was very sweet and well behaved. Besides some poo on the wall as mentioned below, the housekeeping was very good. We had fresh sheets every day and the floor was always cleaned as well.

ROOM: There was a small kitchen as advertised, but it was not usable as it was not stocked with much. No toaster or microwave, no bowls, some cutlery, one pot with no lid, one lid with no pot - do not expect anything to be provided and you will not be disappointed. Nothing to wash the dishes with so we had to go shopping right away, which was not what we planned. The security lock was broken on our door, so all there was was the doorknob lock. We jammed a chair under the door knob at night. There was no window screen in the kitchen so we could not open it for a breeze due to biting bugs. BATHROOM: Sometimes there was no hot water for the shower, and sometimes it just trickled out slowly. We had to clean someone's poo off the wall above the toilet paper holder as it was several days and the housekeeping never noticed it - gross! There were some chairs outside the rooms, but they are filthy and need a good cleaning. POOL: A man came every day to keep it clean, but watch out as there are so many broken tiles - you could easily cut your foot. It was a bit cold for most people. It needs to be drained and repaired. The hot tub was empty and looked like it had been that way for years. They need to get a few more loungers, as they were always taken.

I really liked the chairs outside of each room that you could sit in, read, and enjoy the view. As well, the daily cleaning was very well done, I loved the location being near the beach, a school and a small town. It was also very convenient to have an Oxxo right next door. I loved how they provide you with beach towels, and that you can bring them back each day and exchange them for clean ones!

They could have more items in the kitchen such as a frying pan, cooking utensils, salt and pepper, dish towels. The lighting in the common area could be improved as its quite hard to read in the evening. The Wi-Fi was spotty, but still attainable in certain areas.

Price is way lower than spending a night in the big resort. Also it offers a supermarket where you could buy anything.

The place does not offer elevator, so it is a bit uncomfortable if you are travelling with laggage.

Location was ok. The weather was perfect. Lots to see and do.

Expensive for what you got 1st room had nothing in it No towels. Somewhat dirty 2nd room smelled of mildew.

Decent older hotel. Good value Considering all, 5 min walk to playa, local town small but a few options

Everything fine, 5min walking to the beach. The only thing I didn't like is that the pool was cold, the pool heating did not work so we cannot swim because the weather was cold. The staff very kind and the food was excellent

The pool desperately needs repair

good breakfast, lots to eat with a nice selection. pool was cleaned every day, with the water even being replaced, and room was clean, with availability for room service each day.

room should be inspected for minor repairs, such as light bulbs, door handles and especially broken, missing or not working wall sockets.

I got bitten by BED BUGS!!! DONT STAY THERE! Most rooms don’t have security locks and damaged doors which looked very suspicious to us so we asked to change the room. first room had a new AC but the new one with a lock that they gave us had an old one which was incredibly loud. the maintenance guy was really friendly and tried to help with the missing lock but the guy at the reception was just not friendly at all and kind of annoyed as I asked very politely if we could change to a room with a lock.
