The lesuire facilities were very good and in an excellent location. The breakfast was lovely aswel. It is a really nice place to stay.

The room had no Aircon and was exceptionally warm. It was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Good location close to Dublin airport . The building looking impressive from the outside and the reception and ground floor has a grand hotel feel to it . The staff when checking in were nice . Breakfast was buffet style and the food was nice , but the bacon was cold . Breakfast room staff were all political and helpful.

We stayed in a small "cosy" room the decor needed updating, but was sufficient . Unfortunately there was a large gap at one side of the door to the room . This was due to the floor being uneven. The bathroom door had some damage to the bottom corner of it and the bath/ shower had some brown mould at the sealant at the taps . The heat in the room during the night was extreme with no thermostat to turn it down , but luckily even the window did open wide . On checking out the staff just asked me my name and told me I could go . No, pleasantries "how was your stay ?"

Location, mostly friendly staff, beautiful shared spaces (reception, gardens...), great and varied breakfast

Several issues emerged with the reservation. We asked for a family room and booked 2 rooms for this. It took quite some time to find the reservation and then ensure that the rooms are close by. Eventually we realised, after paying, that one room would have been sufficient... one peculiar fact: the sink was very small.... unusual for such hotels.

Breakfast was disappointing

Easy walking distance to village and leisure paths. Breakfast was hearty and elegant.

Navigating the maze of hotel hallways, especially to the executive wing which requires taking 2 lifts separated by a creaky hallway with worn-out carpets and dystopian views of the hotel roof and ducting.

The breakfast was fabulous

I was disappointed that the elderly maitre D on our last morning at breakfast gave us a table which wasn't cleaned

There was nothing I didn't like 😕

Lovely hotel, very old world. We had to talk 2 separate elevators to get to our room but we didn't mind. The older rooms could do with some TLC and the penthouse patio needs a lot of TLC. The staff were excellent and the food was delicious!

They need to put some money into the older bedrooms.

beautiful views of the harbour in Malahide from our room - although the room was cosy in terms of size this really added to the wow factor of it.

Location was great and the staff was very friendly. Walking distance to the cut little town and beach. The resort had nice amenities.

The single room did not have air conditioning, however they did bring up a fan. The WiFi was not great either.
