Close to the airport, kids had a great time in the splash resort.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, the tile grout had mould in it and the shower pressure was ordinary. Also the lounges were the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on!

Value for money was excellent. Our room was big and spacious, bed was really comfortable, food was delicious and service was great.

It could be cleaner, but it wasn't a major problem. We're still very happy.

Staff were absolutely disgusting and never even bothered to contact us. The booking was incorrect and they would not even give a house credit. Took $200p Australian for doing nothing.

Private pool

To much bugs, and the staff didn’t clean, they didn’t have a heater for the pool, the didn’t have shower outside for the pool, they didn’t have hot water for shower in the bathrooms, the villa in the rain it have too much Trickling water

The 3bd residence were fantastic for teens. There was enough for us to occupy the teens for 4 nights, the splash park was free which was a bonus, the main pool was amazing. We rented some push bikes so the kids could get around. Loved that there were no shops or markets or entertainment nearby except for a restaurant or two.

Needs a little Maintanence around the pool and it works be good if someone can clean the rubbish on the beach in front of the hotel

Kids loved the water park.

We took the kids for a sundowner to the beach pool. My daughter cut her leg and foot so badly on all the broken tiles in the pool. the blood wouldn’t stop. a very friendly cabana boy with a first aid kit help us, but the blood just wouldn’t stop. He called management and they came to measure what needs to be fixed only to find out that this happens daily and its never been fixed. Management also ignored me when i was trying to talk to them about what further steps we can take. My husband took my daughter to the room and i asked if they have any better first aid kits at the hotel, they send someone to the room that was also very kind, but nothing could stop the bleeding. I eventually walked to the pharmacy and bought LOTS of plasters en post-op dressing. We never received a proper apology from Management or any gesture to show they are sorry. All the pool staff were excellent and apologized.

splash jungle water park

my villa had maintenance work all around it , also it was full of insects.. I was facing the beach but the beach was no good for swimming... no proper land scaping for the beach and it was full of garbage.

The room was spacious as described, reception was nice, close to the water park which is amazing Breakfast was ok and the fitness center was ok too

Logistics staff are terrible, concierge, golf car drivers,..etc are not trained to deal with tourists, they don’t understand the idea of hospitality! unbelievably terrible. The resort after sunset is terrifying, very dark, no staff out to offer help or guidance. The beach in front of the resort is dirty which comes after long old trees that separate the resort from beach.

Dinner was OK

I had booked a room for a night as I had a flight in pfuket airport in the morning. The pictures in the photos are nothing like the resort now which looks quite grimey in places. The total cost of our stay was 2,227 baht. We were asked to give a 2,000 baht deposit at check-in (which was fine). We also organised an airport shuttle for 6:30am the next morning, with staff at check-in. I received a phone call at 21.30pm that night, asking if I wanted to come down and pay for the room?? For the 200 baht? I said no I would pay on the morning. When we checked out the next morning, they had not booked our shuttle to the airport. Though to be fair, they called a taxi and it did not take long for it to arrive, it was still upsetting at the time. Not worth a stay if you don't have kids.

Didn’t have to leave to keep kids entertained and it was closer to the airport so was a nice wind down before flying home

it was enormous, impossible to walk to anywhere, pool, restaurant, etc, you had to take buggy cart. The atmosphere was sterile, utilitarian, looked like sci-fi view of village, all buildings looked same. we were in bldg 9 on 7th floor.

Brilliant and safe for the children. Our 3-4th time. It's great. Awesome to walk down the beach and see the planes landing.

Love the short wait of the buggy to the resort facilities. grwat place for kids, 20 mins ride to airport at THB500. The swimming pool is near the restaurant and beach. There are lessons for yoga, other exercises and spa facilities.

Unlike Patong Beach, there are no shopping malls around. Forget about night life. If you are looking for relaxation by the beach or family with kids, it is a good place to go. Staff can only converse in basic English. At least 30 to 40 mins ride to Patong Beach.

No towels in the room after asking 6 times for them over 4 hours
