Tout! Le personnel au petit soin, les repas parfait, le club pour enfant, la localisation, les équipements de l'hôtel et services (piscine, spa, espace détente, service de navette...). Vraiment tout est parfait!
Devoir repartir! Blague à part, rien n'est négatif sur cet hôtel, et quiquonque dirait l'inverse mentirait!

I love the view of our 2 bedrooms apartment . It’s peaceful and serene . About spa we didn’t use as much as swimming pool for kids and adult . There are many diversity and fun pools . Kids love a lot . Breakfast is quite plenty and delicious.
The outdated of elevator and self service to bring all the luggages to our own rooms . The elevator one is fixed and one was too small

The spa is amazing, unlimited options for kids to play and the kids club is really a great addition. Food is also excellent. The afternoon snacks are always well prepared. Outdoor activities and hiking options are beyond beautiful!

Absolutely amazing hotel: great location, professional and helpful staff, gourmet dinners.
Spa zone is beautiful and comfortable, spacious enough to accommodate guests even at pick hours.

We really liked the property as the service was very good and the staff were very friendly and nice. we also really liked the spa as it was very pretty and large.

The hotel is great, very well decorated, creates a feeling of comfort and coziness. It is warm and comfortable in the village
We are not satisfied with the attitude of the reception, they were extremely rude, they did not warn us that the reception is not 24 hours, in the morning we had to leave the hotel at 06.00, but it could not happen because there was not one awake staff member in the whole hotel. only a cleaning lady who told us that the reception will probably come at 09.00 !!!!
The other thing that made a bad impression on me was extremely noisy and full of children everywhere, we felt like in kindergarten, which does not create good comfort.
