Das Bett war bequem und sauber. Schönes kleines Einzelzimmer. Alles da. Freundliche Dame am Empfang.

Das Badezimmer war größtenteils sauber, die Tür hatte aber alte Zahnpastaspritzer und das WC hat unangenehm gerochen.

günstiger Preis, Parkplatz vorhanden, keine lange Fahrt in die Innenstadt Betten gut, für eine Nacht voll ausreichend

Badezimmer könnte etwas schöner sein und regelmäßig gewartet werden, der Brausekopf der Überkopfdusche war locker und Wasser spritzte in alle Richtungen, konnte nur Handbrause verwenden

L'hôtel était moderne ; le petit déjeuner était copieux.

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée avait 3 lits d'une personne ; le problème était que le 3ème couchage etait au dessus de nos lits respectifs et il fallait faire attention lorsque nous nous levions.

Checkin saver does not seem to be safe: not locked, shared with other guests

We stayed for 4 nights in Graz to visit the region.The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We really liked the free parking possibility. The room was simple but warm and quiet. The city center could be reached easily by tram as the tram stop was only a few steps away from the hotel. We did not really have any contact with the staff beside the first two mornings and the check out. But based on this they seemed to be nice.

When we made the booking the check in time was indicated as between 3pm and 5pm. However, in the morning of the arrival day we were informed through the app that check in is possible UNTIL 3pm. It was a bit frustrating as we had planned our arrival for 4pm. But the receptionist left our key card in a safe and we received detailed instructions so basically our 'check in' went smoothly. The same miscommunicaton happened with the buffet breakfast. When making the booking we saw that it would be possible to get it every morning. But on the first two days there was no buffet set up. We were told that it's because of the Easter holiday and finally we were offered something to eat. So this issue was also solve. But it would have been better to be informed in advance about these changes.

Room was nice.

Very noisy and a bit too far

Everything, the receptionist spoke our native language which was also a big plus. The beds are hard but very comfy

Pillows were very uncomfortable, bad rooms isolation, too much heating at night.
