Great hotel! Unique ambience and internal architecture! Even though the location is not in the city center, the city is easily accessible to taxi / uber. Very nice breakfast with the unique feature - home-made bread! I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much

the room was clean, but the toilet didn't have shampoo, soup, and else (but i called them they brought them) the room is big and the bathroom is big, the room is really comfy the staff are welcoming , the breakfast really good and they are generous (they bake pastries and fresh bread) all in all, recommended and I enjoyed my stay

Bathroom could be a little better. Bathrooms in hotels are usually below par....even expensive ones. Not sure why.

Room service, Front desk and resturent team was exptional. The food was tasty and I will come again.

bellows are not comfortable , heater fan so noisy kept me awake , or I had to turn it off to able to sleep but the weather was cold and I could not keep the heater off., breakfast is so limited and monotonous, repeated every day the same , old pastries were served , it was not fresh and so saggy and old but still served again and again, no designated parking , parking was on the street. no restaurants within walking distance only small convenient store and Pharmacy, rooms are old and dingy. water pressure is very low and I was not convenient to shower or shave.

Room and bathroom could be cleaner. Unfortunately is still allowed to smoke inside the hotel and sometimes somehow smoke reaches the room

There was a party in the interior patio so it was noisy at night. The bathroom needs renovation.

Breakfast was fantastic 👍🏻 it was delicious. When we went to the centre of Amman, I wasn’t hungry anymore until lunch 🙂 and also we liked the room. The windows were a bit dirty but everything else was just fine as i thought 😁

The staff was amazing! very respectful, nice, and helpful. My driver from the airport was very nice. The check-in was easy and fast. The breakfast was ok and the fresh bread was great.

The room and its bathroom need renovation. The bed sheets and towels looked old.

Unfortunately the wifi was not strong at all in my room and I was working while I was there so it was a struggle to get work done. Hopefully this is something they can fix in the future.
