The help offered by the owner was exceptional, as we run out of car battery and thanks to him we could fix it.

The facilities were kind of old and there were builders working on sunday's morning.

Swimmingpool was nice. location was very good near town and restaurants. walking distance 10 minutes. Easy walk over pavement. Good parking on site

Rooms are noisy. TV of other rooms could be heard. Bathroom needs updating.

Spacious room. Balcony with a good view. The pool was a huge plus for us. It was kept spotlessly clean at all times. The staff were friendly & helpful, especially the housekeeping staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was very good.

The lack of a small fridge and no kettle was a big issue for us. Having no fridge to put milk & perishables in was a huge concern for us. Coming from the UK we are renowned for our love of drinking tea, therefore, not to have the use of a kettle was unthinkable. We did ask about a fridge & a kettle but we were told it was not their policy to supply these. Therefore, we did purchase a kettle for our own use. There were renovations being done at the hotel, therefore, some days we felt like we were in the middle of a building site!

The staff is wonderful. Good Swimmingpool and good restaurant.

Old facilities, not communicating well.

Very comfortable and home-like feel. We took a Family Room for 3 adults and there was more than enough space. Great view from the room, excellent wifi. Solsona nearby had plenty of food options and is easy to reach. Good value.

The pool.

No one on reception for our entire stay. Waited 1/2hr before a man doing the garden spoke to someone on the phone & gave us the room key. Had to leave keys on the desk in the morning & leave without payment as still no staff in the hotel.

Excellent facilities, pool area and bar area we're lovely. The bedrooms are not as modern as the rest of the hotel but still perfect for a good nights sleep with aircon. Location was 10 minute walk to the old town.

Good position of the hotel, good food at the hotel restaurants, friendly staff.

The bed was uncomfortable, and made noise every time you move.

Great hospitality facilities including restaurant and bar area

Easy to get to the location. The hotel was very clean, both the room and the bathroom. Spacious room, suitable for 2 adults and a small child. Nice view of the Solsona City. They had a problem with electricity the day before our arrival, but it was solved. however, the receptionist informed us about it and offered their help in case there was any issue. Friendly staff.

Just wanted to say that I was travelling with my very young daughter, and the staff all the time facilitated that we could have comfort, given the difficult situation, helping in the restaurant and responding to our different light demands with a smile. It was very much appreciated.

Located 15 min walk outside town, on provincial road. Not a pleasant walk. Interior of entrance, hallway and room a bit stuffy

Large family room split into two plenty of space for all of us. Very nice pool and everywhere kept very clean and looked after. Nice bar and restaurant with choice of sitting on or out and good value for money.
