Personál byl velice příjemný. Před ubytováním jsme mohly nechat kufry na recepci, než bude pokoj připraven. Dokonce se pan recepční šel zeptat uklízečky, zda-li již není ve 13h náš pokoj připraven, byl připraven až od 14h, do té doby jsme mohly posedět v jídelně u recepce a dát si zdarma kávu nebo čaj a dojít si na toaletu. Recepční nám vynesl kufry do 2. patra. Po skončení pobytu jsme mohly nechat kufry také na recepci. Všichni recepční se pořád usmívali a bylo vidět, že jsme jako hosté vítaní. :) Zdarma je k dispozici káva nebo čaj dole u recepce, dále je k dispozici na pokoji rychlovarná konvice s čaji. Pokoj má klimatizaci, super moderní koupelnu. Pokoj je spíše menší, tak jak je zobrazeno na fotkách penzionu. Postele byly spíše měkčí, ale spalo se nám na nich dobře. Do centra se jezdí 5 stanic autobusem č. 21 - zastávka cca 20 metrů od penzionu - interval 15 minut, po 19 hodině interval 30 minut. Kousek od penzionu je diskont Norma.

Rozkládací gauč byl na spaní trošku nepohodlný. Wifi nebyla funkční, přihlásily jsme se, ale nebyl signál. Silnice u penzionu je hodně frekventovaná, od 6 hodiny ráno nelze spát s otevřenými okny, ale naštěstí v noci auta nejezdila.

I liked the apartment, the space, it was very easy to get inside yet very safe, everything was very clean,the amenities, there were enough towels etc, the staff were very helpful during check in and provided us with extra info.

The location while is very close to the main train station but has only one bus connection from the main center area…and sometimes especially in the night the connections are quite less. Another suggestion would be to have a little basic set up in the kitchen..oil/salt ecc.

* Le monsieur à la réception était très gentil et très utile. * L'appartement était très bien équipé, avec une grande chambre, avec une vraie cuisine (grande table pour au moins 4 personnes), un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver, tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. * Nous étions à 2 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus qui menait directement au centre-ville et à 5 minutes à pied d'un petit supermarché de type Lidl (appelé Norma). * Nous avons même fait le trajet à pied plusieurs fois pour aller en ville (environ 25 minutes à pied). * Il y a un distributeur de billets à 3 minutes à pied. * On se sent en sécurité dans le quartier.

* J'aurais dû prendre un hébergement avec climatisation. Il y avait seulement un ventilateur. Il faisait 27 °C dans la chambre et nous avons eu du mal à dormir. * Il y a un chantier en face la fenêtre de la chambre, donc beaucoup de bruit (camions, engins de chantier...). De plus, il y a pas mal de voitures qui passent sous la fenêtre. Quand la fenêtre est fermée, on ne les entend presque pas mais, avec la chaleur (mois d'août), nous devions laisser la fenêtre ouverte. * Le bâtiment n'a aucun charme.

Friendly staff, pleasant room, clean and good value for money in an expensive city. The bus was easy to get across the road and easy to use to get back, quick into the city.

Very helpful staff at check in gave suggestions and information about Salzburg. Great location to train station and central Salzburg. Comfortable rooms and clean, spacious bathrooms.

Our room was very warm even though we had windows open and the fan on.

The quiet garden location suited us perfectly with an east bus ride into the city centre right outside the door. Our welcome was so warm and informative. Reception set us up for the perfect stay in Salzburg

It lacked good natural light but we were hardly there so it doesn’t really matter
