Location, view of Sagrada Familia, clean and spacious apartment, workable kitchen, two balconies, overlooks intersection and school providing interesting people watching, helpful host and good housekeeping.

Apartment too plain; could use some decoration and pictures. Needs a coffee table and two nightstands, not just one. A luggage rack would be helpful. Needs light in the closet. Traffic noise with the doors open but quiet at night.

Area is perfect if you wanna be close the Sagrada Familia. Close to the metro as well. Was very easy to check in.

Very loud at times. Could hear the people in the other apartments moving around, felt like they were in the same room as me. Windows and doors didn’t seem to block out any noise from the street or other people in the building.

Plenty of room for a family of four. Good dining choices within walking distance. Breakfast, although a short walk for our two bedroom apt, was perfect for a long day of sightseeing.

The shower was a bit small, but it was adequate enough for our stay.

We booked a stay June 5-9 and were given apartment suite #31. On our fourth night of stay, June 8, the sewer pipes from the above apartment (#41) started dripping sewage on the floor. When we returned that evening from our city walk, the floor was covered in water. Moreover, the fuse box jas shut off so there was no lights nor AC. We requested the front desk to help us. They informed us they can only bring more towels to absorb the dripping water and did not offer to host us in another apartment. For the entire fourth night of our stay, we kept hearing the drip and had to periodically add more towels because the water kept dripping. The entire experience was very stressful. We felt helpless.

The property could have at least attempted to resolve the sewer leakage from the apartment above in a safe and comprehensive manner.

Beautiful, functional and big apartment. Perfect for a few nights, right in the middle of all of the attractions - we managed to walk everywhere. Lot's of shops, restaurants close-by. We were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, really helpful receptionist! AC most useful!

Unfortunately, the doors let all of the noise from the halls through to the apartment as I could even hear as the neighbor was whistling in their room next door. Luckily, the neighbors were quiet so no issue.

Where do I start? My stay was a nightmare, I've never seen such an unprofessional manager. First of all, the sink was blocked and smelled like a sewer. A maintenance person came and unblocked the sink, but the smell remained throughout my stay, and the manager told me that there was work going on in the street and that there was nothing he could do. Secondly, the breakfast, make sure that the products are fresh, the turkey had a bad smell, and a disgusting taste, when I sent a message to reception, I was told that the breakfast was well prepared, basically that I was a liar, this establishment will never question itself apparently. In the end, the manager admitted that the turkey was a bit limited. As I have a sensitive stomach, of course I was sick. I reported all these problems to Booking, the manager told me we'd refund you, you'd have to leave, as you weren't happy with our service. Leaving and having to find another hotel at the last minute when I had booked my accommodation well in advance was out of the question. I won't mention the mould in the shower, the photos speak for themselves. When it was time to leave and I asked for compensation, to be reimbursed for half of my reservation, of course the manager didn't want to know anything and told me that I had shown him a lack of respect, but this was in no way the case. I think the manager needs to take a customer service course, because this attitude is unacceptable. I wonder how this establishment can have so many good reviews. location and cleanliness. well equipped and the elevator works well.

bathroom was so tiny there was no toilet paper holder. the only place to keep it was under the sink where it got soaked. no shower door or curtain so with each shower the floor was like a large puddle. the place is very noisy. while the windows and balcony doors keep out street noise you could hear neighbors walking and coughing. the apartment is not where the reception is so if you have a lot of luggage expect some hassle to cross streets and haul your stuff on cobble stones. no help was offered with our luggage.

Everything was excellent. Very convenient location, you can admire the Sagrada Familia every day even just heading to the metro station. The street is pretty busy, but the walls and windows have good noise isolation, so we slept great. The apartment has everything you need. A supermarket Consum is 2 blocks away. The small shops are much more expensive and nothing to choose from. Awesome place to explore Barcelona.

The first night, the room took a very long time to warm up. There was no laundry detergent.

It's a very welcoming homestay, exactly the same as home away from home. After a tiring day of walking and traveling to a tourist spot, it is amazing to rest and chill at the house. We also spent quality gathering time at the cosy dining hall. Location is super convenient for Chinese food and different local food/snack/cafe/pastry and next to it is convenient store for daily shopping. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm with a well function heater/AC. Hot shower was just amazed during winter. Like it so much. The best thing to share is the manager came to my unit door personally to apologize because of some minor mistake, and we are given 3 days of free breakfast as compensation, they are very sincere about that..

I can't think of any, everything was just well set up and arranged.

no service whatsoever, no change of towels in three days, no cleaning, heap of rubbish in the kitchen and bathroom. Pictures in Booking.com do not match with reality, no view from the room but next building wall, freezing room, old blankets and useless air conditioner, rude staff.

It is just like the picture. We had a balcony with view of the Sagrada Familia! Quiet location. The receptionist was very nice. Easy check in and out. Very good breakfast.

Beautiful view! Very clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen/bathroom. Regulated temperature in the whole apartment made our stay more enjoyable. Fast check-in and very kind staff!
